High quality item and good color match for colored phones. The only possible improvement would be if the internal wires had the four traditional colors, rather than no color, because I work with specific pairs individually and have to look really closely to determine the pair I'm using for a particular application.

They say that they will replace this item if it stops working within the first two years, and they timed that guarantee pretty well. That's when ours stopped working. Planned obsolescence. The cord itself was fine, but the plastic pieces on the ends are MUCH thinner than those on our previous phone cords...looks like about 1/2 as thick. At some point, they just started falling out of the phone and wall. There's an initial click when you plug in a new cord, and that clicks means it's securely connected. That little click was impossible to achieve toward the end of two years of use. I had to prop things against the phone to keep the cord in the slot, and then had to be careful to not move the phone/cord/prop to avoid being disconnected. Very dysfunctional for a phone cord...an item that should last for many years with proper use. Disappointing. So now I'm hoping I can find better quality elsewhere.

I kept getting a low-quality telephone connection and then cut off of landline phone calls. First I thought the problem was my phone company. It was not, the connection was registering as excellent. It was then suggested that it might be my telephone.I ordered a new phone cord and a new telephone. The replacement cord came first. It turns out that the problem was the cord and the new iSoHo cord that I bought was the solution. The quality of the phone connection is excellent and I was no longer being cut off of calls.I'd recommend the iSoHo phone cord to any and everyone. It is great!

This phone cord is sturdy fits my iSoho vintage phone perfectly. No fraying or exposed cord wiring. Made with quality plastic.It will last for a long time. If I need to purchase another one, I absolutely will.
