Measure properly, purchase for it to initially be snug on the first row of hooks. I’ve purchased numerous waist trainers but NONE have been a great as this one. I purchased the one with the longer torso (I wish it came 1.5” longer but it was great!Update: I forgot to add that an extender is included with 3 rows of hooks so it’s great for those who are midsize and moving into a smaller size, it makes it more gradual

So far O am really liking this...its long enough to cover my back down to my torso and it has enough room with the extension to take it in more. No more buying another size smaller or the same size because it stretched.

Let me tell yall something from a fat person's point! When I first tried to put this on, I was afraid it wouldn't go because it wasn't giving! I immediately picked up my phone to do a return so I could get the next size up. I quickly decided against that and told myself if I can get this on without ripping it, I'm keeping it! BOOM GIRL I DID THAT!! This is going to make a great addition to my workouts. It's not uncomfortable, it doesn't hurt when I bend over or squat down, I can breathe normal, & it doesn't budge. I am a true U.S. 2X, especially my bottom half. Get it with your fine self, stay blessed. ❤️

I love this corset it helps with my back very comfortable. I purchased a size small I first started off with the extender, and I have worked my self down to the last hooks. I will buy another one in the future.

Although I ordered the wrong size! I need it larger. This is great quality. I love the product. Will order a larger one for sure.
