Honestly shocked at how tasty this sauce is. Its on the high end of spice so wouldn't recommend it to be used by itself unless your looking for that burn, but I highly recommend it as an ingredient. I used it all the time when making chilli to add a little kick. It also makes a great dipping sauce for Tortilla chips if you mix it with a little bit of mayonnaise .

Let me tell you, the Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce doesn’t just make you feel the heat—it makes you reconsider every single decision that led you to this point. The first drop was like a small explosion in my mouth, followed by a full-scale volcanic eruption. I’m pretty sure my soul left my body for a second there and waved goodbye before it made a dash for the nearest ice bath.The flavour is surprisingly amazing, which is probably the sauce's most devious trick—it tastes so good that you think, "Hey, maybe I'll have another drop!" WRONG. One drop is a thrilling rollercoaster. Two drops and I was on an express train to Heat-ville, population: tears. By the third, I felt I’d unlocked a new level of pain tolerance, or maybe I’d just unlocked insanity. The sheer intensity was enough to make me feel like I could power a small city with my face alone.My partner thought I was being dramatic, so I convinced him to try it. Let's just say I now have a video of a grown adult begging a glass of milk for forgiveness. We both learned a lot about humility that day. But to be fair, if you want a hot sauce that will slap your taste buds awake and make them take a long hard look in the mirror, this is it.I’ve used this sauce in my chilli, on wings, and even as an elaborate dare to scare off my friends from stealing my snacks. It’s effective. It’s powerful. It’s pure fire in a bottle. If you enjoy the sensation of a small sun imploding on your tongue, then this is for you. But beware, once you open this bottle, you’re opening Pandora's spicy box—your tastebuds will never be the same.Highly recommend—if you’re brave enough to face it. And remember: with great spice comes great responsibility (and possibly some very odd conversations with your toilet the next day).

Great tasting sauce with a good amount of heat

Relatively nice tasting sauce with a bit of floral to it that i associate with Reapers. If you aren't used to heat then this will be quite hot for you and will give you a good tongue burn. Not especially hot though and won't have you panicking. This is common feedback for all of this brands sauces, I bought a few and all were way under heat expectations.

Normally i dont write product reviews, but sometimes the product is so good that I need to tell people how much I enjoyed it. This is the BEST chilli sauce I have found on amazon after extensively trying and feeling disapointed with the competitors products.My mouth is a searing inferno as i write this and i love it.For real chilli heads, do not try if you cant take this level of heat. You will regret it and you will suffer if you arent up to it.For those who can tolerate this level of heat...this is some really serious sauce!

Taste nice, but not hot enough.

I'm so happy with this hot sauce as it provides excellent flavour and more than adequate heat! The burn isn't too bad if you only use a small amount of the sauce. Be careful though as the heat builds quite significantly the more sauce you add!The burn takes a minute or so to ramp up, but dissipates quite quickly within 5 minutes or so. Which is perfect! I highly recommend this hot sauce, and I will be buying it again!

Very hot
