Good, but not the best and too much external fat
I received a cut which had much more external fat than depicted in the product description.I expected a lot of internal fat (marbling ok), but I got a lot of pure external fat - see my pictures.The beef was tender with delicate flavor. It was good, but not the best beef I ever had IMO.I tried best cuts of beef in the U.S.A. Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Argentina, Uruguay and Colombia.I'd say the best was Colombian “lomo fino al trapo” (grass fed, tender but not fatty at all), followed closely by the U.S. produced wagyu ribeye (less fatty).

The flavor of this meat was beyond comparison. My picky eaters who hate steak actually asked for more.

I’ve had much better marbling
Came in damaged. The fat marbling is ehh better than regular steaks, But I’ve had much better. An online butcher is where I’ve got better cuts of meat.

I usually by ten or 12 of these at a time when snow leapord loin is not available.I like to hand grind these and use them in my hamburger helper or chili.makes an ok steak but you must fry all that nasty fat out and I like to smother it in catsup.a good meat for a budget minded family,just wish it wasn't so fatty but you get what you pay for!
