Having returned from a short 5 star hotel mini break, which was fantastic for many reasons, my wife found the pillows helped her sleep much better as she suffers with neck pains, the ones we had at home were comfortable for me, but I decided to look for quality ones similar to the hotel,after doing some research i came across this brand, had good reviews so decided to purchase.They arrived quickly and I followed instructions allowing 48hrs for them to expand, what a great decision I made, these pillows are really plump and really very comfortable, however i personally needed them to be a little firmer, no problem at all i simply contacted and applied for extra filling which was recived a couple of days later, free of charge, our pillows are now perfect aiding a great night's sleep, what fantastic service, fantastic quality what a great night's sleep we both have.These come with a 5 yr warranty which is easy to register for. The customer service is faultless, received follow up mail to ensure extra filling had arrived and that we were happy.Would highly recommend this product

These pillows are brilliant. So plump and soft but firm under pressure too! Nice weight to them.They come vacuum packed, but after a few minutes of shaking and plumping, they expand. They say they can take up to 48 hours to fully expand but I've not noticed any extra after the initial shaking. They have a removable, washable cover made from breathable bamboo fibre. The pillow itself has a zip so the filling can be removed or added to as you wish. There is a card in the packaging which tells you how to order more filling if you feel as if you want more - for free! And, they have a 5 year guarantee!More expensive than some pillows but you definitely get what you pay for. Amazing quality and great customer service. Recommended. They ooze luxury.

Tried out the pillows last night and found them comfortable, but not quite as comfortable as the ones I was trying to emulate in a 5* hotel I recently stayed in

Pillows arrived promptly and I decided to apply for the additional filling. As they were waiting for new stock they notified me immediately that there might be a small delay. As the pillows are made with a handy zip, I was able to take filling from one to make the other more plump and get my ideal loft. Now I have received the additional filling, as requested FOC, and I’ve refilled the second pillow. My husband has laid claim to that one as he knows how happy I am to be sleeping without pain again! These pillows have to be the best I have ever purchased. I am really fussy when it comes to soft pillows, I like them soft but at the same time with some support.I have found over the years that if you want softness you have to forgo support or vice versa I thought it impossible to have both but not any more, these pillows are so soft, I can’t believe how soft, I fully expected to wake up with a sore neck & have to put the extra filling in &;even then have to double them over to get some support, I didn’t need to & I didn’t wake up with a sore neck.I have had these pillows a few weeks now to try them out before leaving a review, I can honestly say they are so soft & still supportive at the same time, it is like sleeping on a cloud, ‘I LOVE THEM’I ordered the extra filling thinking I would definitely need it, until now I haven’t, Thank You! for the wonderful service & wonderful pillows.

These are really comfortable pillows and they will send you more filling if you need it. They are great value and I am very impressed with them compared to other pillows that I have purchased. Customer service was exceptional.
