Easy to take and better than my last one
This multivitamin is way better than the one I was using before. The pill is more compact and goes down really easy, which I definitely appreciate. Some of the older ones I used were big and kinda chalky, but this one feels more condensed and smoother to swallow.I’ve been taking it daily and it seems to be working well so far. No weird aftertaste or anything like that. Just a solid, easy-to-take vitamin that does what it’s supposed to.

Recommend for young men to balance out vitamin levels.
Got these for my boyfriend. He didn't like the after taste.He has taken them daily and has been less fatigued. He has continued to take these vitamins after the initial three months.
