Considerably less filled with wheat than other similar products. I understand it can’t be full so as to allow some movement for example placing around neck, however it’s still light on wheat. Disappointed too as fabric, although it is pretty, was thin and I don’t have faith it or stitching will be robust enough to be used regularly. Requested a refund and looked for a more robust one, similar to one I’ve had for years instead. Just not what I was looking for.

Lovely product. Was bought for someone with a terminal illness and this gave them a lot of comfort & a similar product had been used at the hospice so she was very happy with this one at home. It was beautifully packaged too. Really recommended for anyone suffering any pain or discomfort.

Looks good and comes well packaged. However when following the manufacturer's instructions the bag doesn't really heat up (to as warm as I expected) and doesn't retain what heat there is. A waste of money so I bought a cheaper one in the local chemist which is more effective. It is non-scented as stated.

When I bought this product I originally bought it for my Dad, who had pulled a muscle close to/on his ribs, and he has been using it when he comes home from work, when he is relaxing and sometimes when he is driving (he heats it up before the goes out), I have used it for lower back pain, from my college bag that had been pulling on my shoulders and on my back as well, I have bought another two as christmas gifts for my sister and her boyfriend, for them to used together and one for my grandma who has bad arthritis, in her joints because you are also able to freeze the wheat pack but this is something that I haven't tried yet, but heated it works a treat and is wonderful if you just want to relax for a bit.

The bag does what it is designed to do. It feels comfortable when wrapped around the back of the neck. At 800 gram, it does not feel too heavy. However, heat disappears quickly. A hot water bottle would retain heat for longer. Besides, the "Amazing Health" label could be irritating against bare skin; softer material could have been used.
