Pine nuts with rosemary extract.
Good taste pine nuts. I added them to salads and for baking pears with cheese - perfect. One moment with ingridients - Pine nuts, rosemary extract. I know it's not bad, it's natural and for freshness, but for future, I will order pine nuts without rosemary.Small pack. Diamond of California is just a name. These nuts are from Mongolia.

They were expensive but worth it
I use the pine nuts in my hummus dip with a little olive oil. The more expensive one. Yum!

Complex flavor profile and my art clients love them
For best storage results, fridge storage is advised. Easy to open package, see the pre-perforated tear at the top of the bag for your entry point to the contents. Best by dates and nutrition facts shown in review images. While chewing the nuts there is a sweet flavor that temporarily appears, and after swallowing an evolving after taste that I think is usual for pine nuts but on its own is not ideal for snacking. So, best used as a condiment for a larger dish.I also make edible art as a side gig, and the typical fancy mixed nuts is my usual medium. However, it is hard to define a good level of detail with those nuts. These pine nuts are a game changer. You can see some of my art samples in the review images. My art clients are satisfied with the visual and edible results. I think I can take it to the next level with these.
