Exactly what I was looking for to replace my old chain. Use it with my gold cross and it looks terrific. The proper length and perfect weight. Good price and well made. Very pleased with it.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received this chain to see how beautiful it is , much prettier then photo. Its is shiny and sparkly, I use a charm holder for some of my favorite charms and I have broken 2 other very expensive chains so I tried this hoping it would be stronger. It has a substantial weight and obviously stronger than the real gold that I had previously purchased.. The price was great and you cannot tell the difference between this and the 14k gold one. Im hoping it stands up to the test of time. I LOVE it and im sure I will be purchasing other items as well.Don't hesitate I promise you wont be disappointed.

I bought this as a Christmas gift. I was a little weary due to prior reviews but once it arrived I was impressed. The chain is beautiful and has a nice weight to it. The clasp also seems very sturdy. Shipping was very quick. Only reason why I’m giving four stars is because I want to make sure it doesn’t tarnish and holds up (some reviews state otherwise.) I’ll update my review once it’s worn to see how it keeps.

For gold plated jewelry, their products are beautiful. Shiny and bright. The best gold plating I have seen. They certainly stand behind their lifetime warranty. They have replaced two of my chain necklaces with no problems. I just can't wear gold plating. At least not if I am working out or in any situation where I will be sweating a lot. Something about my sweat eats right through gold plating. And not just theirs, anybody's gold plated jewelry. Otherwise, I am sure it will last a long time.

When I got the necklace the clasp was broken. It was so easy to see but unfortunately it was mailed anyway so I sent it back and ordered from another company

I bought this chain for my husband and he is thrilled! He thought I must've paid a fortune for it because the quality of this chain is so good. It is sturdy and the color makes it look like a very expensive piece of jewelry. He was also happy to hear that it comes with a lifetime warranty.

I had my necklace break on me. I contacted them hasslefree return and they sent me a new one, but I never got it. It said delivered, but they must’ve sent it to the wrong address because I never received it. I don’t blame them. They’re a good company. I do blame the shipping company they use now I’m out of necklace right before Christmas time.
