Dunlop FL02R Fasel Inductor, Red

Sounds much clearer than the stock inductor. Pins didn't perfectly align, but I got it installed. The inductor mounted vertically, and barely cleared the back cover. But happy with it overall

I wasn't expecting much; boy, was I wrong. Before installing this little bit of magic my "wah" was "naah". Dull, lifeless, a hit or miss prospect at best. But then I installed this, and OH MY LIVING GOD ON EARTH! Completely transformed everything I thought a WAH! could be. The soaring tones, the incredible depth and perspective; more Jungian than Freud, if you know what I mean. When off, it seems to still add a bit of sparkle, everything seems brighter, but moody - almost an ethereal sound... try it, you'll maybe sorta' feel okay about it...

I like it. I have it and a Whipple Halo Inductor that I purchased off Ebay. In my opinion, the red Fasel produces more of a classic wah sound (more treble-y), while the Whipple produces more of a full sound (more bass-y).

Exactly what I ordered, really changed the range for my crybaby wah pedal that I picked up for $15. Its a great starting mod, you can really hear a difference. Its a bang for you buck

This gave my old crybaby new life and a fuller, more vintage sound. Definitely worth it!

I like this sound.

I think I paid around 13 bucks for this to stick into as the varitone guitars inductor I kinda made.It makes a small difference, especially at cleaner volumes

received item and installed according to what online research indicated was correct replacing the stock tdk inductor in a 70s thomas cry baby - the function of the fasel was more like a volume change with little if any wah sound so i cannot say (if i installed it correctly) that it measures up to the hype
