Love them but one of two lipsticks broke after first use
I have been using lipstick in Saucy Mauve for several years. This is a very flattering color for my skin and the lipstick itself feels very moisturizing and comfortable on my lips. This is the second time that I got it from Amazon. While there were no problems with the first order, the second time the lipstick bent while I touched my lips with it. As a result, the side of the shaft got smudged inside the case. I am not sure if it will last long, because it tilts when I try to use it. The other lipstick that I ordered together with Saucy Mauve was in Golden Grape and I have no issues with it. So far, I did not see an option to return or replace the faulty lipstick in Saucy Mauve. I feel that the return would be warranted unless Amazon can exchange it for a product that would work as it should (without tilting and supposedly detaching from the base).
