It tasted good, but it definitely is over priced. If you have an Indian store nearby, you can find it cheaper there.

Very tasty, somewhat spicy but not super-hot - a good balance.

I took buying this DEEP brand product for granted until my store didn't carry it any longer. I tried a couple of other brands, and they couldn't touch the mixture and flavor of Hot Mix. I'm so glad I can buy it from Amazon.

Great taste, but difficult to eat because of the tiny bits and pieces of the ingredients. At parties, it would have to be served individually rather than family style. Just enough warmth and spice to give it a bite...with a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste.

I am so disappointed in this stuff. I used to buy a hot mix similar to this in college and became addicted to it. I was excited when I saw this product as it looked exactly like the stuff I got in college. The texture was right, the mix was close to right, but hot? There is very little, if any, kick to this mix. It's supposed to be Indian but is made in the US. Very, very, bland. Equally disappointing.
