Phytonutrients or (phytosterols) are basically "steroids" that come from plants. These chemicals can do a range of things from reducing inflammation to fighting cancer/precancerous development. I believe I will stick to this vitamin as long as I can afford it. I prefer to chew up a tablet in my mouth first and then swallow it down with the mouthful of whatever drink or meal I am consuming at the time. I feel that this gets the nutrients better mixed to be absorbed into the body. I'm not recommending that everyone do this because the taste of these ground-up tablets are quite tart and bitter. Please remember that the bitter polyphenol extracts are what help to power the cellular/tissue protective anti-inflammatory qualities of this supplement. When I take both tablets at once (especially on a mostly empty stomach), I have a gentle flushed & buzzy feeling for about the next hour or two and then smooth stable energy for hours afterwards. This vitamin seems like the real deal and likely worth the money. This is reinforced by the the numerous comments on here that many buyers were recommended this supplement by their doctor and had positive bloodwork/test and other improved results following its use.

This is a high quality MV and I like that you have the option of getting it with or without iron. It is nice that its proprietary blend contains some fruits. The size of the pills are slightly big, but still easy for me to swallow (and I have always had a harder time when it comes to that). I haven't noticed an aftertaste when taking them. Definitely on the higher priced side, but at least it is a two month supply.

These vitamins are made with high quality ingredients. The price is fair for everything in these vitamins. If I could get Amazon delivery from Fayetteville NC to actually deliver my items I would continue to take these but they keep failing to deliver no matter how many times I call customer service and how many times I order. They just process orders and Amazon delivery only not UPS or USPS just Amazon delivery from Fayetteville NC they NEVER deliver but they put every excuse...they say business closed...this is no business...they say refused order, such a lie, never refused an order...but Amazon hasnt resolved for months...I want vendors to know the platform is failing them.

I’m not going to complain about the tablet size. These are so awesome, I suck it up and deal with it.They have to be the size they are to fit the same ingredients in each tab. Don’t change anything.These actually make me feel motivated and clear minded. They’re awesome. Buy them and see. Everyone is different, but for me, it’s great.
