I'm small, not much body fat, and always cold. My wrists are 5.5" in circumference and body heat just pours out from that location. I wanted to find something to retain the heat. I ordered these wrist bands, but was skeptical they'd work as some sweat bands I used to have were flimsy and more for absorbing sweat than retaining heat. So, I ordered long sleeved fingerless gloves and compression wrist braces as well, just in case. The long sleeved gloves weren't practical as I wore sleeves anyway and also the cable knit yarn didn't seem very strong, especially if I needed to wash them a lot (which I do). The wrist braces were ill fitting, uncomfortable around the webbing of my thumb, and expensive. So finally, I tried on these wristbands which turned out to be AMAZING!I got them, put them on, and didn't take them off. Yes, I even wore them to bed. They fit nice and snugly and are thick, well stitched and cover all that skin between your shirt sleeve and your hand. They have the added benefit of protecting your wrist. I use my keyboard a lot and my wrist gets sore pressing again the desk so these provide some protection. They are durable. I was up on the roof polishing my gutters with a brass wire wheel Dremel bit. My hand slipped and the wheel spinning at 30k RPM hit my wristband and stopped. I was thankful I wasn't bleeding to death, but more importantly, my wristbands were barely damaged! I saw a couple of torn threads which made absolutely no difference to the use or appearance of the band. I can't even find the torn threads anymore. These wrist bands absorb sweat really well. They are cleverly made. The only seam I can find is a horizontal one on the inside of the band. I turned the band inside out and took a picture of the seam, but you don't actually see it. Having it inside protects it from things like spinning wire wheels. And the price is fantastic. After a week, I was debating whether to buy more before they raised the prices or stopped making them. But honestly, three pairs is gong to last me a very long time.

I purchased this wristband because I am at the age where I bruise so easily resulting in unsightly bruises. These work well because I like the length. Like all of these products, they are rather tight. I put mine on a baseball bat to stretch it out a little so now they are more comfortable.

I normally have always purchased the Tourna Wrist Towel because I like large wristbands. These are an excellent deal and there are many color variations.

Due to age and medication my skin is extremely fragile, bruising and tearing very easily. Just the scrape of my dogs claws can cause a painful injury. Wearing long sleeves constantly during the winter is not so bad but an unhappy prospect for the summer. I had tried other products supposedly that were made to deal with providing coverage but they were very uncomfortable. These cover the majority of my forearms which are my most vulnerable spots. They also look less like a bandage. It's not perfect but I feel I can combine these with a short sleeve top and feel I have some protection.

I play tennis up to ten times a week, and I wear a set of wrist bands each time I play. I've owned a few pairs of the big name brands, but could not fathom paying the $15-20 a set that they ask for them. These are every bit the quality, but at a fraction of the cost. I've been using these now for more than a year (multiple orders), and they have held up great.They keep the sweat from running down my hand and getting on my racket grip, and they are large enough to wipe the sweat from my eyes and forehead. I have black, white, gray, red, and blue, and all seem to be holding their color very well, despite multiple washings per week.You will occasionally get a minor fray, or one longer thread that peeks loose, but these are easy enough to clip out, and my nikes do the same thing, for that matter.
