Tech21 Evo Check T21-5128 Case Cover for Sony Xperia Z5 - Smokey/Black

I realise the price maybe considered over the top but when you have an expensive piece of kit we do all we can to ensure it is well protected. My point being I will rather pay a bit extra and get the added surety that my phone is well procted.I watched the YouTube videos on how to install his product -- it tallked about an alignment jig that ships with product mibe didi not come with that what it did ship was a small magnetic button that covers the Home button when fitting the proctor.Secondly an should go with out saying but make sure your screen is spotless before fitting proctor, no dust no grease marks I used some spectacle cleaner as well to ensure no grease.Here come the scary bit - I have always struggled fitting screen proctors in terms of bubbles.remove side 1 of the protective foil from the screen proctors now be patient, take your time to ensure good align.The Screen protector does not cover the complete phone screen I suspect this is because of the slight bezel on the phone and to allow theh phone to be fitted it a phone case with snaggingSide 1 towards the screen put proctor on the screen you can use tab 2 to help with tweaking of alignment. When happy let it go the - screen proctor will do the magic ensuring no bubbles it works brilliantly. Take the cloth you got with kit an working from the centre rub the Screen Protector ensuring good adhesion and any sign of bubbles (there some be zero but just in case) are massaged out.Remove Tab2 give a another rub down - I saw on the Youtube videos that the screen protector was a bit sticky after removing Tab 2 that was not my experience, the screen protector was smooth as the proverbial babies bottom.The proctor is n my opinion thicker than normal but when the phone is in the case it is not noticeable at all, there is not scraggly edgesPhone reacts will to sliding left, pressing on apps absolutely greatDone it took me 10 minutesI have a Gear 4 D30 Oxford Phone case there was no issues with the Screen proctor snagging on the caseI spent a bit more but believe it is well worth it - I highly recommend this product

Came across someone with this case when I was out buying an iPhone 6 over the weekend and instantly fell in love with it!Having seen so many iPhone users with cracked screens, my first priority was to get a case that would protect my screen and phone and this does exactly just that! Fits like a glove and feels sturdy and secure.The little card slot comes in handy as it's where I keep my oyster card which I can use without even needing to open the case, just tap the front of the case on the card reader and *beep* oyster card read without affecting the Apple Pay system.Deffo recommend this case for those wanting serious protection for their precious screens.

I bought this over a year ago and reviewing now - it is still in great condition and very very strong, my phone has been so protected by this case and absolutely no damage has come to it since wearing this case. I do try not to drop my phone but in this case I know it is safe (not indestructible but definitely safe!). It is also very beautiful and stylish and doesn’t stop my phone looking nice. Would definitely recommend this brand of case. Actually bought this after watching a video on YouTube about how this is a great protective case brand and it didn’t disappoint!

My wife is a little clumsy when it comes to phones. I've always bought her quality cases to avoid disaster when the inevitable happens and the phone is dropped. So far, this has worked well (touch wood!)This case is very good, and has saved the phone on a few occasions already. My only quibble is that the case overlaps onto the face of the phone ever-so-slightly, and as a result it puts pressure on the edges of the screen protectors and causes them to raise up and get air bubbles underneath near the edges. I can push the air out, but after a few times, the protector won't stick as well again. I've used an Anker tempered glass protector (£6 on Amazon) and I've also tried a £2 alternative from a local home bargain store (not the one with the ampersand in the name, or any which have the word "pound" in the name either - if that helps...) and they have both had the same problems. I will get in touch with Tech21 to ask if they have any tempered glass screen protectors that they can guarantee to work with this case.

I have had this case on my phone for a number of years and it has protected it extremely well. The cover closes securely over the screen and keeps out a lot of dust. It fits the iPhone 6S perfectly. If I could buy one for my iPhone 11 I would, but sadly I have been unable to find the exact case.

Very poor product. After buying several Tech21 cases over the last couple of years for business and having been impressed by them, this one failed miserably from day 1. It was very tight to open and close and then the catch completely broke off. Ironically this makes it easier to use but that's not quite the point. I am very frustrated that after 6 week's use I have a faulty item with no apparent route to contact Amazon for a replacement. Amazon; very poor customer service in this case.Update:After a long trawl about the website I eventually fund a button "Call me" at 9:30pm. Amazon called immediately and and replacement was dispatched and arrived next day - very impressive. New case is working perfectly and would indicate that the original was probably faulty in some way.My only annoyance now is how difficult it was to track down the return process for a faulty product after you are out of the 30 day return period. This was very frustrating as all options that I selected took me back to the same standard return screen but no option to return a faulty item.

Good product but applicator was broken on delivery and some marks on screen protector before even removing coverings.
