Good product

I am not in menopause yet but I had these pills left over. They contain a good bacteria and I made yogurt with it. After I made the yogurt, a lot of pills were left so I decided to try it. I can tell these r high quality. I tried the pills and did not notice much, probably because I am fairly young and not in menopause.

Was used to ferment L.Reuteri "yogurt." Worked better than Biogaia Gastrus (multiple tablets used). Two capsules (20-billion CFU) of Biogaia Osfortis was enough to ferment goat milk into a somewhat thick consistency.

I have been making my own yogurt with this capsule and it has the best flavor with all the benefits of gut health

I previously purchased the blue bottle Bio Gaia gastrus and made yogurt using DrDavis recipe. It was fine. Then I purchased the Osfortis brand for bone health. I’ve made 2 batches of yogurt and both failed. Obviously received dead ingredients. Extremely disappointing. Will not purchase again. Too expensive for a dead product.

I started purchasing this after hearing Dr. Jason Hawrelak mention that studies have shown it is effective for boosting bone health. After taking it for a year, my DEXA scan did show improved bone density. I can't know for sure that this probiotic made the difference, but I think it helped.
