European Cheese at its BEST FROM SWITZERLAND
Exactly what the seller described. I understand this is a small merchant, trying to establish a business. They win, on my part. The cheese was exactly what they described, European Gruyere Cheese, in carefully cut one-pound blocks, with the original wrapper from Switzerland. Packed in a FEDEX box with an icepack that was still cool. Shared this with my family at happy hour, and received a rave review. This merchant deserves the five stars that I have given.

Not the best Gruyere!
This is not the same quality as the last one I got (from another source). It's missing the outer crust, which, I think, has the most/best flavor. Not really worth the expense.

Quality product
The cheese is, seemingly, a bit pricey...but, you get what you pay for. In this case, well worth every penny! Packaged extremely well, arrived very quickly...very satisfied!

Good to mix in dishes like Mac and cheese or stuffed peppers but the price is super high vs end product
