Amazing product and delicious!

I love this product so much, but have to discontinue using it. I'm trying really hard to only eat clean and they have artificial flavors in here. I really wish they would get rid of that part and make this a more cleaning product because it really does work great.

I just tried this product for the first time today before my recovery run as a test drive. I will say that I do like this product and will continue to use it. It was wonderful for my mental game. At no point during my run did I have that usual mental struggle of feeling like I’m too tired or too sluggish- you know the one, usually felt at the 3 minute mark and then again at the 3 mile mark. It was awesome- mentally I felt like I could have run for hours.However, because of this super mental strength it made it almost impossible to hear my body. I was unable to physically gauge if I was running too hard for what my body was able to give in that moment. I ended up with a calf and foot cramp because I was running too hard up a hill when I’m not physically ready to do so.Also, usually after my runs I’m ready for a small snack however I feel no need to eat, in fact I feel like I will have to force myself to eat something. If this product is not used properly I feel like someone could end up with an injury or at least a running setback and no marathon running wants that!Use responsibly

I have been using 6am Run for two years now. This is my favorite preworkout to use. I used it all through training and my half marathon. It gives me energy without that sluggish feeling and it never upsets my stomach mid run. The peach mango is my favorite and the raspberry ice tea is my second favorite!

Haven’t found a better supplement for running. Cheaper on Amazon vs their website.

I read some other reviews about this products making people slower I didn’t believe it cause I also read other positive reviews. But for me I used it for a week didn’t feel anything by the 4th day my time went from 16 mins to 18mins per mile so I’m much slower and tired. Wish I could return it ☹️☹️
