This product arrived on time, and packaging was secure as usual from Amazon.Having torn my hamstring (Grade 2 tear in biceps femoris as revealed by ultrasound scan) 5 days previously - trying to prevent my motorcycle from falling over from a stalled engine during a slow right turn - this support bandage is immensely important for the compression component of the whole R.I.C.E. procedure of recovery.Once you have the orientation sorted for placement, it is easy to attach, just start at the waist first - loose to begin with, then get the leg compression sorted, and finally tighten the waist.When walking the pain of my injury was greatly reduced, plus it does give you more confidence in movement. Granted, there have been moments when an uneven surface might cause your leg try to perform as if injury-free and you might get a painful reminder that all is not quite 100%, but having experienced that little mishap both with and without the support, I can 100% state that it's far less painful with this support in place.A great piece of kit I'll add to my kit bag once my hamstring is fully healed, although I don't recommend trying to save a 370lb motorcycle from toppling as you sit on it by sticking out one leg - and for any bikers out there reading this, I did save the bike, but still had to gently rest it on the road, so minor scuffs on brake handle, pillion peg and foot brake. The bike in question: KTM Duke 790 - doesn't like slow turns.In conclusion: a practical compression aid, well made, comfortable, affordable, and once you know the set-up routine, a breeze to get on.*TIP* put on BEFORE you put on your underwear, otherwise using the toilet becomes a major operation, not fun if you've got a bad strain/tear in a leg muscle.

Having pulled hamstrings I bought one of these and 2 days in have found it provides very good support and pain relief to the back of the thigh. It's comfortable and stays in place, so I'm well impressed.UPDATE - several weeks down the line, this is still doing the job very well, even under severe pressure.

Only thing I can say is you are able to get the right pressure on your muscles where needed immediately.Found this absolutely perfect for ongoing hip and nerve pain due to illness and accident I had been involved in.Those with neurological pain issues will find it a great help with one size fitting all types of body. You’ll get that instant relief especially for someone who has large muscular thighs will find its benefits. As you can have as much or little pressure due to tolerance of how tight you want it. Easily washed and dried is a great point in not losing shape or quality so far.Long May it help the piriformis muscle that’s been giving me trouble for years now on and off that mimics sciatica pain too. Stretching will be needed to be done by anyone at home or get a physio to teach you how to do it safely and correctly.Anyway good li j to you all who buy which it’s done for me personally, has made it easier to do exercises to stretch those tight muscles and ligaments.

I really wish this worked better. I have Sciatica, and problems with my right leg, so tried this. There's a mild relief, but doesn't actually do much to be honest. Maybe It's just me and my luck :(Not to say don't try it, but just didn't do enough for me. It wraps around easy enough, and is firm and supportive. The leg part is excellent, but the lower back wrap doesn't seem very good.I'll give it 3 start still as it's well made, and I can see it helping others, but don't get it for lower back pain or sciatica

Provides good support and my friend feels much better with it on and in less pain.

Not very comfortable in the Gym, wouldn't buy another one.

I've only used this about half a dozen times & already the velcro strap won't stick in place, which makes the item unusable, this is my second time of purchase & the last one did the same thingbut after a longer period of time, should have learned from that one.

Ordered for my husband who was having hip pain due to his job It arrived quickly was easy for my husband to put on and he has said it has helped ease the pain in his hip especially going up and down stairs
