Q: Is the texture buttery smooth like a pistachio paste you can use for ice cream or a more coarse/crunchy texture only suitable for spread on bread?

hi! this nut butter is 100% nuts, while it is not as smooth as some of the pistachio creams you can buy that have a lower percentage of nuts, customers have bought this previously to use in ice cream and said it worked great! it is also suitable for spreading on toast, cooking/baking with (and even eating straight out of the jar!)
