I bought this spray after I read the reviews and a person said they used it as a deodorant and truly worked. So I’ve been searching for an effective deodorant that doesn’t stain my clothes and actually works against odours and sweating! I really didn’t have high hopes, but I give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! It 100% works as a deodorant. I will say it did sting a little on freshly shaven armpits, so I doubt data on lightly with a cotton pads, and that seemed to help. Every now, and again, it still stings a little, so I let it sit for a minute and then dab the excess in the sting goes right away. Not to mention that it’s a coincidence or not, I’m not sure but when I started using it daily, my back pain went away as well and I did not spray it on my back.so I’m not sure if the magnesium just seeped into my body enough to address my back issues as well or not. All I know is it works and I’m using a daily now for 2 weeks! I’m telling everybody about it! What a heaven sent find! It is soooo worth every penny!

Wow. I have tried many forms of magnesium to try to help with relaxing a bit since everyone recommends supplementing with it. They have always given me side effects from headaches to brain fog for some reason. Found this form and thought I’d give it a try. I started using it to wind down before bed and man my sleep has been so much better. I fall asleep quicker and if I do wake up in the middle of the night I easily go back to sleep. After using it consistently my Fitbit has been rating my REM higher then ever before and I’ve kept track of my sleep for years. Didn’t think I would get such great results from such a simple product. If taking magnesium supplements haven’t worked for you orally I highly recommend give this a try!

I just received the product today and immediately tried it on my hands, which often ache from nerve damage. To my surprise, the pain noticeably subsided shortly after application. That’s a great start!The real test will be how it works on my more severe pain areas—my back and arms—where I deal with deep, achy pain from stenosis, radiculopathy, and muscle spasms. I plan to update this review after I’ve had a chance to test it there.It did cause a slight itching sensation at first, but nothing unbearable. Just a heads-up: be sure to wash your hands after use to avoid accidentally touching sensitive areas such as your face, eyes, and mouth.So far, I'm cautiously optimistic!

I have used many magnesium oils in the past- the company I used went out of business a few years ago and I despaired of finding as good a quality of this product elsewhere. Tried a few other brands but none was up to snuff. Then- THIS product from 7 minerals!!! It’s exactly like my old favorite that I used to get from global light network- I am so happy with the quality! Just rubbed it on my sore knee and BAM no more pain in like, 2 minutes! Thank you for making such a great magnesium oils!!

My sleeping pattern has been out of whack for many years now. I usually fall asleep around 4-5:00am everyday and don’t let me hear a pin drop cause that’s it for me and sleeping. My insomnia has been a nightmare! I’m happy to admit that I fall asleep as soon as I use this magnesium spray. I really didn’t expect it to work since everything else I’ve tried in the past failed. I spray my chest and the soles of my feet. This has been the BEST sleep I’ve had in over a decade!

I will be continuing to purchase this magnesium spray! I started sleeping better, relaxing quicker, and believe it or not, it has helped my digestion. I noticed results the first time I used it! I did have very vivid dreams my first couple weeks of using it. Now I just sleep more soundly, wake up less, and it doesn't take me as much time to fall back to sleep if I am up in the night.

This product has worked well for me this is my second bottle and it really makes a difference in my muscle pain in my calves and leg muscles. The negatives are the spray bottle sucks, the liquid is thick and the spray bottle jammed up after a couple of weeks use, had to buy another bottle with a thicker spray tube. The other negative is that its important to use a lotion on your legs the spray dries my legs and can make a slight burn to the skin. It takes away my lower leg pains and that is able to help me stay on my feet.

It’s still early, I’ve only been using it for a week or two and have missed a couple nights but definitely feel much more relaxed after use, especially in my muscles or areas where I ache and hold a lot of tension. I do feel like it’s helped with my sleep. Working on making it a part of my nightly routine and so far very pleased! Everybody is different and I think I still have a few things other things to work on before I’ll get that perfect night’s sleep I’m aiming for but I definitely feel a bit of an improvement. I understand it can take time for magnesium to build up in your system and I’ve always been deficient but I’m super pleased with the brand and quality…feels like a brand I can trust and be confident in and I love all the extra info they give you access to like the ebook!
