This is the right tool for the job…quite pleased with this product and transaction.

Excellent product, but a few things that may make it easier for your use. First, the hook & loop pieces on the part next to the stomach seem to be a bit long and stuck me around the edges, so take scissors and carefully trim the ends of the hook & loop strips so they don't stick out so far. Second, the horizontal slit where the tube comes into the pouch is much longer than the vertical slit. I lengthened the vertical slit and it gave me more leeway as the band shifts from body movement. Also, I found that by moving the center of the pouch down about 1 1/2" inches below where the tube comes out of my stomach, the tube makes a more gradual entrance into the pouch and is way more comfortable (doesn't seem right, but it works). Also, the band that goes around the body should be rather loose, just tight enough to stay in place. Lastly, if the tube in lengthy, it can be brought out on either side towards the top (make sure the hook & loop is meshed good on both sides of the tube), and the then the end of the tube can be tucked under the band that goes around your body. It's so soft and pliable that it never give me any problems. I bring mine out to the left during the day, but move it to the right side at night so I can sleep more comfortably on my left side.

Excellent for use with a PEG tube. It’s comfortable to wear, hides the tube and keeps it in place. The only downside is that the Velcro can rub against your body and cause irritations.

Excellent solution to the problem of how to handle a feeding tube. I went through the usual progression mentioned here by others: the nasty tape holders provided by my doctors (uncomfortable to remove and hard on my skin), Ace bandage wrap (I tucked the end of the tube into it), and slipping the end into a belt loop on my pants (fine if you are content to wear your shirt tail out). This device secures the end of the tube that goes into my belly and holds the tube nicely coiled so you can dress normally. Since the elastic strap lets you keep the device as loose or as tight as you like, it is very comfortable. The pouch is lined with soft cotton so it is non-irritating. It wasn't clear to me from the description that the holder is part of the package. I was glad to see the pouch IS included, so no need to buy it separately. The pre-slit gauze pads offered separately are good to have, since they keep the plastic disk on the belly end from irritating your skin. I don't wear it at night, so I can't say what it would be like to keep it on 24 hours a day. But for my purposes, it functions very well. Be sure to measure your belly where you be wearing this so you get the right size.

This non refundable product has materials that cause cancer and reproductive harm. This product should be banned and I can’t even return it. The only way to know this is to physically read the package. When someone has a feeding tube, the last thing they need is a harmful product to go with it.

This product does OK in keeping my G-Tube secure and out of the way. It is also relatively easy to put and wear. The length of the belt is quite short. I'm 32 waist, but the 30" -46" length belt takes a lot of effort to secure. And then the bad part starts. This is a "hook and loop" (Velcro) belt. The manufacturer set the "hook" part so that it is against the skin. That is the part that has all the tiny teeth that bite into the "loop" part, the soft material. When wearing it, the hooks scratch the skin and makes the belt VERY ITCHY. Beware!

My waist is 39" so I got the small size. It is too tight. Unless you have a tiny waist order the large size.
