Great pump
this is our 2nd Tsurumi pump in 10 years. it sits in a skimmer box in a murky pond. works very well for the demand and conditions it's in

it's fast
performance is great, used for filling IBC totes for dust control. would certainly recommend.

Good for clean water, but clogs fast otherwise
I am using three of these to pump water ~28ft uphill from my ~10000 gallon koi pond to run a stream/waterfall 24/7.One have died in about 1.5 years so far, but the local store where I got them refused to cover it under warranty so I am now sourcing them from Amazon. The other two I have for a bit over 3 years at this point.My biggest problem with it is the small hole sizes on the intake, they clog often with seeds from nearby trees, with pine needles and with algae from the pond.Needs at least weekly cleanup to maintain performance or the water flow reduces to a trickle.When the intake is clear, provides ample waterflow and is of minimal maintenance otherwise.

Great pump
After renting one of these at Sunbelt we figured it'd be easier to just own one ourselves. If it survives being part of a rental fleet (who doesn't treat rental pumps poorly), it's gotta be good.

Works well. Fits inside an 8" pipe, which makes for a very cost effective deep sump.

Excellent Pump
This pump is a good one. It moves water very well and is nice and quite. As with all motors, it likes/eats electricity.
