My now 3 yr old has never been a good sleeper, but for the last month he has been waking up in the middle of the night calling out for us and having bad dreams. He's a very active kid and i don't think he can turn his mind off at night. FIRST night using this i rolled it on his spine and he slept through the night. Coincidence? My daughter has been using this essential oil blend for more than a year before bed. Helps her get a restful, calm night sleep particularly with her night terrors and sleepwalking. Smells wonderful and so soothing. Worth the purchase!

This stuff is awesome! I use it in my son before bed and is out like a light! The only down side is it gets messy when applying. A lot comes out and gets everywhere, so you have to be careful.

I just incorporated this oil in to my kids night routine put it in to their feet, back and chest to help them relax and go to sleep.

Review for Plant Therapy Sweet Dreams roll-on.... I bought this because I love Sweet Dreams in the bottle form. The blue tansy scent is so calming for me. However, I found the roll-on to be VERY diluted! You can barely smell the blue tansy. It has no blue color. However, since many people do not like blue tansy, I use it to roll on my wrists at work and to put inside my mask to keep me calm. However, I can only smell it for a few minutes on my wrists, for a few hours in my mask. So far no one has commented on the smell, and I sit three feet away from them. So, not a total waste. I may stick to the bottle next time.

Plant Therapy KidSafe Sweet Dreams Diluted Roll-on is a nice product to have. My son (age 6) has been using this product for over a year now and it has been helping him sleep at nights since. The essential oil smell nice and it's easy for him to roll on the back of his neck.

My autistic daughter (age 3) had difficulty sleeping through the night. Not being able regulate herself to stay asleep. She would wake up like clock work @ 3am and would stay awake--couldn't lull her back to sleep with music or warm milk-- we'd be up for 1-2 hours before she'd dose off again. I was desperate and someone mentioned essential oils. I researched and found these by Plant Therapy! Amazingly the first night we tried it, she slept through. Husband thought it was a fluke so we didn't use it the next night. Guess what! I was up @ 3am again while he slept through another one of her "let's play" nights. Next night I said for my sanity let's do the oil and sure enough she slept through the night. It was like magic!!!! Mommy finally had the best night sleep and daughter was much better for school the next day!!!! It's amazing and I now advocate this to everyone I know!

Bought it to help my 4.5 year old daughter sleep.. it smells amazing and seems to be working 90% of the time. Will be repurchasing for sure. Its part of our bedtime routine now:)

It didn't work on my child, i don't know why. But i will continue using it to see if maybe work later.
