Defective
My product is slightly defective, it states that it has a rechargeable battery but it will not work unless plugged in. Even when it is plugged it it was randomly turn off or “spaz” out. The port for the charging cord is very hard to get the plug in, I almost have to jam it in there. It seems to do its job but the poor design of mine makes it harder to use.

Doesn’t even turn on
Product won’t even turn on unless it’s plugged into the charger. Even then it has to be “charged” for hours to half way work properly. Once you take it off the charger, no matter how long it was on there, it says it needs to be charged. I tried multiple chargers and had the same issue.

Waste of money
Only giving it a one star because the first one I got didn't work and they replaced it quickly which was nice. The project self it just isn't powerful enough doesn't work waste of money

Missing pieces
Really disappointed. My the box this came in was beat up and the plastic wear was squished inside the box and I was missing two probes. I was really excited to get this in the mail today and then not all the pieces even came in it.

Disappointed
i did not like this product at all. it wasn’t affective and it gave me bruises even while following the directions carefully and using the smallest head on the lightest setting. i’m disappointed.
