As a scientist, I’m skeptical of claims and grateful testimonials; yet here I am giving one. I am 65 and work out daily with cardio and/or weights. About a month ago I developed a sharp pain in my non dominant left elbow. It had all the presentations of arthritis; pain, sensitivity, and warm to the touch. Nothing seemed to work and I sought the advice of a DPT. He suggested this NMT wrap. I ordered it and put it on as soon as it arrived. I cannot explain how the placement of magnets in proximity to my painful joint 1) produced a perception of heat, nor 2) how they could impact my pain and mobility issues. I saw improvement after the first hour’s use. I used it often, both awake and asleep, and the results are amazing. Pain is down to almost an unnoticeable level and full ROM has returned. I slept without it last night and yet I did not experience my usual 2am pain. I’m wearing it less and only when I feel I have stressed the elbow during activity. For me, it has been a lifestyle saver.

I took a tumble and jammed my lower arm and elbow! After the Doc visit...nothing broken. I came home and ordered one of these for support. The magnets inside caught my eye. Surprised that it really worked well. I wore it three times a day for about an hour. Don't sleep with it on. After you take it off...do some slow and easy exercises rotating your elbow. Trust me I'm old so everything is slow and easy these days. By the way, watch out going down wet deck steps with a cup of coffee...it gets your attention quick! Good health to all!!

I have used this product for tendonitis (medial elbow) and to relieve sacroiliac joint pain. The application greatly improved/lessened my tendonitis symptoms and when worn for much of the day over the course of the weekend, eliminated a very painful sacroiliac joint flare-up. Be careful not to apply the brace directly to bare skin as it does emit heat. First experiment with your tolerance. If too hot, a thin layer of fabric works well to deflect the heat. Of particular interest is that my cat - who has an arthritic hip - chooses to lay on the brace when I leave it on the bed. I understand this company sells other tourmaline/magnet products and I recommend further exploration.

I teach yoga and have repetitive use injuries in my elbow. I tried a compression sleeve first without any improvement. Then I ordered the NMT. This is what I need. It compresses AND then heals through the use of magnets. The heat it produces is amazing and is only in my elbow, not in the actual brace. I am ordering another one so I can wear them on both ankles during an overseas flight. I'm hoping that it helps with swelling in my ankles. AND I'm ordering the back brace. I'm hooked.

Having severe injuries to my back, neck, knees, wrists, and elbows decided to give this device a try. Previous braces without the magnetic factor gave me little relief at this point. My pain management doctor recently spoke to me about the possible benefit of magnets so I started with the elbow brace to see if there was any additional benefit. Much to my surprise the answer was yes. Already spoke to my doctor and if I continue to have pain relief with the elbow brace will likely buy knee, back and neck braces. Will buy one at a time to see how they work in other area of my body. Also with advice from my doctor which device to purchase next. I will add to this review as time goes buy.

I am a side sleeper and my arm will really ache I will put this on during the day for a few hours and it really helps.

I purchase two of these NMT Elbow Braces because both my elbows need pain relief. And use less pain bills. They do not look like my old ones, have a hole for the elbow for flex. They are doing their work which helps relief pain. Just last night I had shoulder pain, so I put them on and after several hours great relief of my shoulder pain. Now, I am in search for a back wrist belt. I paid the same price when I purchase my old ones five years ago. I am glad the cost is the same. Relief pain is the name of the game. I recommend them.

I was so hopeful this would help with elbow pain. Just received it today & put it on. Within 15 minutes it was BURNING my arm SO bad. I took it off & now have a red, painful burn on my skin. Returning it. The customer service was good though. They messaged me to ask why I was returning & educated me about benefits of magnet therapy. I don't doubt that. I believe the problem was there were no instructions in the box but I guess the buyer receives an email normally to educate before use. Unfortunately this didn't work out for me but am sure it will help others if properly used. I agree with the other person that it is uncomfortable to bend elbow because of the magnet placement so plan to keep your arm pretty straight.
