"Buy our supplements" infomercial
A very clever infomercial for selling supplements. An author who won’t show his face? A bodybuilder with the most amazing, fantastic results who won’t show his body? Nekoterran appears to be a creation of a marketing company. After reading the book I looked at all the 5 star reviews and am convinced they were also written by the marketing group. Let me summarize the book, “Buy our supplements then go to bodybuilding.com.” But a very cool cover!

Realistic information to guide us to better health
Author/health coach Nekoterran is defining his role in the health and body building world with a series of well-constructed books – INTESTINAL CLEANSE AND RECONSTRUCTION (gut diet): THE MOST POWERFUL INTERNAL DETOXIFICATION, HOW TO BUILD A MONSTROUS PHYSIQUE, HOW TO BURN BODY FAT COMPLETELY AND MAINTAIN A SLIM PHYSIQUE, and now STRENGTH TRANING: HOW TO BUILD MORE MUSCLE THAN EVER BEFORE AND MAINTAIN MUSCLE MASS PERMANENTLY.In this more complete book than some of his others, Nekoterran challenges the reader with the concept of goals in training: ‘The bodybuilding community, just like the weight-loss community, are misinformed, and in some cases completely off. Think of this: Muscle and Fitness magazine was first published in 1936 by Joe Weider. If you compare side by side a bodybuilding magazine from the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, 2010s, it will become evident that the workout instructions, nutrition facts, and diets plans are utterly contrasting. Why is the information so drastically different? Because the bodybuilding community cannot accurately pin down what builds muscle and burns fat. Think about what occurs inside the body to build muscle, to accumulate fat or to burn excess body fat. Only a selective few have the physique they desire because the information available is incorrect or incomplete. And like most who follow the wrong crowd on autopilot without questioning or second thought, they will suffer the same consequences. Unfortunately, this is the plain and simple truth.’He reviews the ‘diets d jour’ – Paleo diet, Ketogenic diet, Atkins Diet, Avoid carbs after 6 PM, Eat less/exercise more, Burn more calories than consumed, Eat 4-6 small meals a day – informing use the misinformation we have been given. He continues by discussing the misconceptions of diet and muscle building in a most interesting manner. The next portion of the book is divided into What to eat (protein, vegetables, nuts and seed, cooked vegetable an baked goods, sugars and refined starch, stevia, etc), Supplementation (fats and supplements), Digestion explained, Transplant friendly bacteria, and then the most effective workout to build muscle.Nekaterran gets down to basics, corrects misconceptions and then wisely guides us into informed decision making and diet and workout – the ones that work for us! Can't wait to try these tips!
There's much to like about this book when it comes to nutrition and diet. It's written in a no-nonsense, easy-to-read style and doesn't try to sugar coat the principles. He tells you what you need to do to get your body and physique in order, and I can't wait to implement some of these ideas into my workout regimen.

9/10 book!
With all the information on the Internet about health & fitness and in particular bodybuilding, it’s hard to figure out what’s right or wrong, what works, what doesn’t. You can forget about a lot of that crap after the reading this book! The author has put together all the information you need to build a solid physique with a no nonsense approach. If you looking to make some serious gains in your bodybuilding journey than I highly recommend this book.

Full of Value
If you want to take your workout regimen to the next level this book is for you. Seriously, good job on this book. I like your writing style and the way you make me feel throughout the book gets me pumped and makes me want to do more. So packed with information and and thankfully didn't have any pointless information. I really appreciate the value you presented in this book, thank you.

Skimpy information
This book has some good information regarding diet and exercise, but not much in depth information. There is minimal, if any, scientific data to back up what he says. He gives general guidelines, but not much in the way of a solid plan.

Very basic book. For beginners
If you know absolutely nothing about body building then buy this book. If you have read two men's health magazines, then you know everything and more then what is in this book. Horrible book. Wish I could get a refund.
