Glucose and Insulin Control. Ive been using this product for years. I would order directly from them. So I just moved over to Amazon. This is my daily tonic, mixed with 8ozs of water to help keep in check my Cholesterol, blood glucose and added fiber. I take one tablespoon a day. When I mix in water, I let it sit for at least 2/3hrs. I will also add one tablespoon in the mix when I decide o want Pancakes. It damps down insulin and glucose spikes.

I ordered this quantity after reading many of the reviews. I agree with all of them regarding the superiority of this product. The delivery was swift, the packaging sturdy enough to prevent spillage, and the product was definitely free of non-edible elements (sticks, etc). I have only used the first bag and have froze the other three. We use chia in our smoothies, oatmeal, baked goods, etc. Excellent product, excellent value. Will definitely order again (maybe not for a while though).

A note of warning should accompany these, since they may cause some constipation. It is important that they are adequately saturated with moisture before consumption. A friend of mine with digestive issues followed all the right procedures, but had a severe blockage of her intestine. So I can only recommend these if you are a healthy adult with limited digestive issues.

I buy this for my father that is diabetic and this is a good deal for chia seeds. My dad seems to really enjoy them and adds chia seeds to every meal now.
