Great flavor addition to a variety of dishes
I've tried several brands, some with greater success than others. If you want to stop buying the little jars in the grocery store, this one is a choice I can recommend. It has a good blend of vegetables but no dried peas, one thing that never hydrated for me no matter how long the things cooked. I take one cup of the vegetable mix and toss it into the water as it heats up to make flavorful soups and stews with fresh ingredients. Allow 2 extra cups water per cup vegetable mix if using with rice, quinoa, buckwheat or legumes such as lentils or beans. It makes a nice change from plain food, adds a depth of flavor and texture to the finished dish that just plain vegetable broth can't. The 2 lb package has a zip seal to keep it fresh between uses, I just squeeze any extra air out so it takes up less space.

The taste
I would not recommend this product! This is 99% carrots and barely 1% of other veggies, it tastes sweet like carrot juice.

Used a bit of the product. then.....
Weeks later came back and there was mold growing in the bag. Out it went.

Great product
It has an awful lot of carrot in the mix, but works great in soups, I would buy again

Dry Vegetable Blend
I liked the idea of dehydrated Veg. flakes that I could add to Broth as needed. I found the ones sent to me were very hard & did not soften even after bringing to a boil & then simmering for 15 minutes. Also, what was in the jar was mostly carrots. I can’t use the the remaining jar & will set them out for the wild Birds.☹️

YUMOLITA!!
Retired Chef here.... for those of you saying that this veggie product doesn’t get soft or whatever, all you need to do is put any amount in a jar and fill it with hot water, let it cool and keep it ready in the fridge! I do this all the time and have an ample supply ready to go. It has the texture and taste of fresh chopped veggies and a heck of a lot less work!!!

Good flavor, store in a cabinet relatively fast to prepare.
I figure that two ounces (four tablespoonful) makes about eight ounces of vegies. I place this with egg noodles in a 1 L cup and add boiling water, cubed sausage or meat of choice and a bullion cube, maybe some teryyaki sauce. I let it sit for about ten minutes for the vegies and noodles to reconstitute. I find this to be a relatively fast and easy meal. I'll bet its healthy too!
