I purchased the small size and it was fine for my elbow. I did find that it was a little tight on the lower part of my arm but I don't think you are supposed to wear it the whole day. It was red but this disappeared after a short while. It does give your arm support and helps to give some protectection your elbow if you accidentally knock it.

Very good product using it every day even back playing golf wich is a major plus to my life

I order my self, but size M it's to big. My husband used and he happy. Material is very comfortable and keep elbow warm.
