Great baby monitor!
I love how easy it is to move this camera around from room to room and how small and compact it is to travel with. We had some issues with the cord and we emailed support and they got right back to us with answers. I also messaged them on instagram two separate times when I was having issues and they got right back to me.

Good, reliable camera
I love this camera! It has the best resolution and a very stable app. I am able to see clearly my baby in a way that other cameras don’t allow. It also catches small noises that my baby makes, while blocking out the white noise, so when I get a notification it is truly because my baby needs me. I’ve had it now for 2 years and had a minor issue which was resolved. Essentially, I reached out to customer support due to a clicking noise which I heard on my phone (but inaudible in my baby’s room), and was advised to update the firmware on the camera, which resolved my issue immediately. I am pleased with the camera and feel that it is a great value for its money.

Least reliable thing I've bought on Amazon. Or maybe reliably unreliable?
Absolutely buy this thing if you want nothing but frustration and more frustration. The good - when it works, video quality is decent. Also, if you subscribe to the premium service the little time lapse daily videos they send you are cute and good for sharing. The bad, well then there's everything else. 1) First unit arrived DOA from Amazon. Thank you Amazon for quick replacement. I should have taken it as a hint of quality control. 2) The second died in about six months, the speaker crackled loudly and wouldn't work for white noise, one of you know, the main reasons for buying this thing. Lollipop sent a replacement after weeks of back and forth and sending them videos of the broken sound, then had to fight with their subscription team to move over that premium video service. Fun Lollipop times. 3) Voila, the third one died in a few months after. Random disconnects, like everyone else mentioned, and on top of it when this one restarts, the speaker makes loud noise to wake your baby. Awesome! The ideal product to wake your baby, they've created a new market! Cue two months (no exaggeration) of back and forth with the customer service team, including them repeatedly asking me to film the random restarts. Yeah, that's so realistic and doable, I'll just sit there filming the camera for hours or days until it happens. I've actually been in the room when it occurs (without camera filming camera), but they apparently don't believe me, or maybe they get paid by the email. 4) The base has now also broken. Probably the baby tired of being randomly woken, tried to put himself out of the Lollipop misery? So, this is the ideal product to keep replacing after it breaks and/or randomly wakes your baby up at night with noise when it restarts for no reason, and something to keep you occupied frequently trying to resolve issues, if you have nothing better to do with your life. I may film a video smashing it with a hammer after the next restart to let you know how much we appreciate it.

Very functional camera
Love this camera for a few reasons: I can attach it anywhere, it has a very flexible arm, I can watch my baby from anywhere- even if I’m outta town- thanks to the camera app, I can even talk to my baby through the app. The camera itself looks nice, very high quality, and is easy to use/ navigate. On the app I can choose the area and ask camera to “watch “ closely that area, it gives notifications if there was a movement, cry or loud noise. It’s a must have camera especially for new moms. Don’t look any further 🫶🏽

Great Camera! Would recommend.
I've had this camera for 3 months now and figured I've used the camera long enough for an accurate review. FYI - I'm a first time mom and a software tester, so I will be speaking about the camera/app from both angles. I absolutely LOVE this camera. When I was pregnant, I had done a lot of research and was going through reviews of all of the top, expensive monitors. I wanted to get something that had it all, but was extremely hesitant on the big price tags. Then, I came across this camera! I had read mixed reviews, especially with the app, but wanted to give it a chance. I break software for a living anyways and figured I could find some work arounds. I don't use everything that the app offers, but below are my opinions of what I do use. PROS: - Very easy to connect to the wifi and get everything set up. Very rarely do I have connectivity issues, even with the camera multiple rooms away from the wifi router - Both my husband and I can be looking at the monitor at the same time on our phones - Excellent camera quality - both during the day and night. Other moms have commented on this and were impressed when they saw it - Able to use the camera as a sound machine through the app which came in super handy when I didn't have one - LOVE that I can pop out the video pane and browse elsewhere on my phone while still seeing/hearing baby. - Love having recordings saved of events on the timeline - Cute camera that is very easy to place anywhere CONS: - Not the most user friendly interface - can be confusing figuring out what each symbol means and only certain functions can be accessed based on whether the camera's detailed/simplified view is selected. Once I figured it out it is fine, but takes longer to do what I want at times - Restarting the sound timer is cumbersome - I had to go reselect the desired timer for the specific sound so it would restart instead of having a restart button. There was also no option to just let it run infinitely until I tell it to stop. I don't use this anymore now that he is in his own room, but this would have been nice in the beginning - The sound machine aspect overwhelmed the mic once he moved into his own room and I needed to hear him (not much you can do about that and now I just use another device farther away) - The auto night vision sometimes shuts off and displays a black screen. However, this doesn't last longer than a few seconds and usually I do not need to see the video at night - If the camera loses connection while you have the camera in standby mode (camera off), it's very difficult to turn off standby mode once it reconnects. Nowadays I just keep the camera on always to avoid this, otherwise I have to toggle the mode, back out, go back and toggle again, and back out again. Very annoying. - The biggest con for me is when the camera loses connection and I had the background audio setting on (letting me still hear the audio when the app was closed or my phone screen is off), the setting is not retained when it reconnects. This is not a big deal during the day but is vital at night. I have once had the power blip off in the middle of the night and the app audio shut off. My son woke up and was crying for 30 minutes before I woke up to my silent phone (normally white noise is playing) and 10 crying notifications. Felt like the worst mom ever and baby was pretty shaken. This thankfully has only happened once, but it happened when I needed this most. This app really should retain the last used settings/set up the user had, even if it temporarily loses connection with the camera. I am docking a star for this alone as the other cons I have workarounds for. For me personally, the pros outweigh the cons as the big negative has only happened once. I enjoy the convenience of having the app on my phone, the video quality, and the features it has. The only connection issues I've had appear when the power goes out (we live in Florida and it is currently the rainy season) I love this camera and, looking back, would have bought it again. If this changes I'll be sure to update this review.

Got this camera as first time parents, and really glad we did. The picture quality is great (both day and night) and it sends you notifications if it detects crying. Gave us the confidence to be in a different room (and even occasionally sit outside!) when he was napping. It also makes white noise, which was a surprisingly useful feature. The design is really nice, it's not bulky or ugly, and it mounted nicely on the nursery wall. It's also small enough to transport, we took it when travelling to visit family and it mounted well on the side of the travel cot. It's easy enough to use and you can put the application on as many phones as you want (great for grandparent babysitting).

I regret purchasing this baby camera. The Wi-Fi reception is extremely weak, making it practically useless in my home. For the price, I expected much better performance. Unfortunately, it fails to deliver on reliability, and I find it to be a poor investment. I won’t be buying from this brand again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We ordered the camera right before our baby was born. We didn't have time to open the box and check the camera during that time. When we had time to check it unfortunately we found the camera was not working and Amazon return window has closed. We contacted to the Lollipop customer support and explained what happened, they were very helpful and in the end they agreed to send us a replacement camera. This one is working well and very helpful to monitor our baby.

This is the worst product I ever got from Amazon. I regret everyday for buying this. Reason is simple at this rate the services it provides is less than bare minimum. It provides you with no video storage like not even of 24 hours. The only thing it does it providing you with constant cry and decibel alert which to be honest one doesn’t need at home. It does not work with a constant fear lecture support and is not travel friendly. In contrast to it I got a camera for 1800inr which is approx 1/10th of the price of this and which works sooo much better than this in terms of camera quality, voice recording and even backup. DO NOT PURCHASE IT.
