I was a bit hesitant to purchase this hair without being able to see or touch it first. But, after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. And I'm glad I did! The hair is soft and lightweight. The ombre shading is natural looks really good. I mixed two packages for a more natural fall look. My stylist complimented the hair quality, the number of locs per package, the color, and the price. I have a fairly big head but the six-packs gave me a full head. When I told another customer in the shop that the hair came from Amazon, she couldn't believe it; she loved it too. I plan to keep it in for five weeks so we'll see how it holds for durability in the interim.

Great product! My first time installing my own crochet faux locs (used the box braid method) and this hair was perfect. Nice shiny finish, really soft, and incredibly light weight. Also comes with a hook and cute accessories. Very easy install considering I had almost no experience braiding my own hair (long and relaxed with a lot of new growth). I wasn't really paying attention to quantity while braiding and adding the hair, but I ended up using every single strand. I get a lot of compliments and would recommend to anyone. I'll probably never get box braids again now that I know how to do this hairstyle. Will buy again next time!

Kinda Hard to work with. They're really soft and easy to unravel if you aren't careful. They give you a lot of hair so you dont have to worry about not having enough. I will say it was hard for me to install because It is crochet and cause of how soft it is when I tried to string my hair through with the crochet needle it kind of destroyed the coil. So I'm not sure if it was cause my parts were too big or what. I will say part your hair kinda small so you can get more of the hair in your head for a full look. I think that was my biggest error. Everything else color feel was perfect. The upkeep ehh I wore mine either down or in a bun to sleep but I will say use mouse every other day or so to keep frizz at bay. But overall great style easy to take out. 7.5/10 recommend.

I just installed latch hook locs on my eldest daughter, we purchased hair from the local Beauty Supply, name brand. My youngest daughter wanted latch hook locs as well, I saw this product and I'm so glad I made this purchase. Let's start off with the hair texture, is soft and light, it has a little texture but not course. The loop was well defined and held up to the hook and pull (Another brand I used started to unravel). This was a 6pack I used 3, I should have parted smaller, the hair must slide through the loc, I was on the edge of it not being and easy install...not a product issue. I would buy this over again in different colors if it is available. Don't sleep on them they product is amazing. One more thing they included scrunchy and 4 clips. Bonus!!

First, these are not “flat” in color like most. There is a lot of dimension in these and that makes for a MUCH more natural look. They are the best straight ones I’ve had. Like hair spaghetti- perfect. They’re super soft, had no smell and did not require any soak at all. Just waiting for more colors. For the price, absolutely worth the cost.

Very pretty color, I ended up needing one more pack of hair. My only complaint is that they were already tangled and unravelling in the package when they came. Because of this the lifespan of the hair is shortened.

Don’t really have anything bad to say about these, I was very surprised with the quality. They’re extremely light, I’ve had them in for almost 3 weeks now and they’re great, holding up really good. I think the only thing is that strings of hair get caught together and you kinda have to rip them apart, but that’s kind of expected seeing as they’re locks and not something like braids that keep together tightly. I would just advise to wrap it when you go to bed so that they last. I had about 2 extra packets left after installing and I think I will probably be able to reuse these to make the $$ worthwhile.

Black women, please stop supporting these vendors. This hair is sprayed with alkaline lye and made of toxic materials. Do your research on what this hair is made of— I really wish I had. After prolonged use it has actually caused my hair to fall out (yes, balding). I didn’t realize until I had straightened my hair and actually saw how much hair was just gone from the root! I’m now sure it’s strategic because embracing our natural hair has been such a big thing - they want to stunt our hair growth so we continue to rely on them. Buy black-owned, non-toxic! Search black owned crochet hair — you’ll find these companies online. They’re more expensive but your natural hair follicles are worth it!
