Simply Gum | Peppermint | Pack of Six (90 Pieces Total) | Synthetic Free + Aspartame Free + non GMO

All six flavors are very nice. Although I'll probably stick with mint in the future, I will get other flavors on occasion. It's certainly not cheap, but it's the only chewing gum I've found without artificial sweeteners (Apart from Hubba Bubba). (My mum is extremely allergic to at least one arti-sweetener so much so it's too dangerous to test out different types. For this reason, I also avoid them where I can.) There is a small amount of sugar in the gum. My theory is that by chewing the gum you generate saliva which will remove said sugar from your teeth and gums quickly enough that it won't harm them anyway. I rate it 4 stars due to the high price, but I had to raise it to 5 stars after I read a review that was rated 1 star for a stupid reason (although they admitted they liked it). I want to try and compensate for it as much as I can. P.S. I've been chewing Peppermint for 2 hours solid and still got a lot of flavor left.

[Bought peppermint flavor] I read several of the reviews prior to purchasing this product. Many of the main complaints were about the flavor and product presentation. I would say both of those complaints are overexaggerated. First, the flavor is distinctly "minty". But it isn't a kick-in-the-mouth, tingle in the nose "fresh mint" minty. And like all gums the flavor decrease over time. So, if you're chewing gum solely for the breath freshening, the peppermint flavor isn't going to cut it, but it is a solid mint flavor. The chiclets (gum pieces) do look like mini wood pellets, so yes, visually it is not the most appetizing thing to put in your mouth. But before reading the reviews and seeing the complaints about how this product looked, I struggle to remember when I have ever thought about the way a piece of gum looks when chewing it. I primarily chew gum to help counter acid reflux (when I have eaten too much), and for the typical post-meal 20-minute dental hygiene benefits. This product like any other gum on the market, accomplishes those effects exceptionally. I can't remember thinking about price when purchasing gum (a gum's flavor and flavor longevity were always my main considerations). So, if you were to do a per-piece price comparison for this product versus other popular gums on the market, this product's price of £ 0.22/piece (90 pieces per £19.99 purchase), it probably won't land on the cheaper end of the spectrum. But to me, it’s worth it. As someone who has slowly been moving their diet towards a more health-conscious, bio-conscious, no artificial flavors/additives, etc., I highly recommend switching your gum chewing/consumption to this product. I cannot imagine going back to "mainstream" gums especially since the sucralose/aspartame artificial flavor was the worst part of the gum chewing experience. Also, as the creators claim, this product is biodegradable, I no longer have any guilt when spitting it out into a lawn, forest, etc. I have only tried the peppermint flavor, but with next purchase I will consider the variety pack to see if the maple, cinnamon, and ginger flavors are worth it. 4.5 out of 5 stars (minor deductions due to flavor intensity/longevity, and price)

This product sounded fantastic - natural gum with really interesting favours. Despite the expense, I thought I'd give it a go. Unfortunately, I did not feel that it lived up to the hype. Texture-wise, the gum was absolutely fine. 15 pieces per pack seemed a little on the stingy side given the price. The paper provided for disposing of the gum when finished with was a nice touch though. As for flavours, I found all of them OK but not particularly strong. If you like really subtle flavour then fine, but I like chewing gum to have a bit of a punch to it. I have reverted back to standard chewing gum as this is not a cost-effective option overall.

The initial Maple taste is ok but after a couple of chews this is gone and replaced by a horrible cardboard taste. The gum leaves a nasty taste in the mouth and is not refreshing at all. As someone who tries many different chewing gums this honestly has to be the worst I have ever tasted. I am stuck with six packets and at the price it is I would like a refund.

So basically these are the best chewing gum I have ever had in my life. (65 years). Now these are maybe not for everyone, it depends on how brutalised your pallet is. The flavours are quite subtle, but for me pretty amazing and, they seem to last longer than regular gum. The texture is strange, hard to describe, but getting to like it. Only had them for a few days so still really trying them out but so far utterly sublime.

I really like this gum due to the natural ingredients and taste, however the cost is really prohibitive.

Ok, this stuff is way over priced, I would be happy paying £9-12 max and even then I'm not sure. If I had paid £6 then I would have given it only 4 stars still. The flavours are ok and start well but after about 2 minutes there about done. Add to that it's not a very nice texture and gets very sticky. Overall it's worth a try but I wouldn't rebuy.

I am allergic to ALL artificial sweeteners, so chewing gum has been a No-No for a long time since they are all made with artificial sweeteners like saccarine, sucralose, etc. But I find it hard to concentrate when I am not chewing something too. I don't want to be eating all the time that I work, so I needed to find a gum that was sweetener free. This fit the bill. I was somewhat surprised to find the pieces were basically small, round pellets rather than typical square or round tablet types like most gum is. But it worked. It is a bit on the hard side starting out, but it has a really nice Maple flavor. The flavor doesn't last too long before it's gone, and the gum itself gets pretty hard when chewed for a bit. Now I also bought the Spearment/Peppermint and I have found that they seem to be a bit softer to begin with and it stays pliable for a lot longer, giving you more time to absently chew without getting fresh pieces every few minutes. The flavor isn't as strong starting out as the Maple however, but it does seem to last a bit longer than the Maple did. Overall, I like it. I can now chew my gum again so I am not absently stuffing my mouth with junk food while I work, I am not having reactions from artificial sweeteners, and that is good for both my work output and my health. I have bought it again and plan to continue doing so. I am glad I found it!

Están todos muy buenos menos el de canela que me parece demasiado fuerte y picante , pero el azúcar se nota bastante. Se te queda la boca empalagosa , también alguno demasiado blandengue , mi favorito el de café

Bevor ich mir diese Kaugummis gekauft habe, hatte ich mir die anderen Rezensionen hier genau durchgelesen - denn billig sind sie ja nun wirkich nicht. Ich wollte aber einfach kein Mineralöl mehr kauen, daher habe ich das Mixpaket genommen. Die Lieferung erfolgte pünktlich und plastikfrei, auch die Artikelverpackung selber kommt ohne aus. Pluspunkt! Geschmacklich habe ich inzwischen alle Sorten einmal getestet - natürlich schmecken mir manche besser als andere (Kaffee ist toll, ich liebe Kaffee!), ist halt persönliche Vorliebe und wenn man alle kennt, bestellt man eben entsprechend. Auch hier gab's aber nix zu meckern von meiner Seite: Der Geschmack ist jeweils eindeutig erkennbar und hält genau so lange, wie der anderer Kaugummis, da gibt es keinen Unterschied. Auch die Konsistenz hat sich nicht negativ verändert, wie ich hier vorher in einer Rezension gelesen hatte. Sie ist von vornherein ein kleines bischen anders, als bei herkömmlichen Kaufgummis, etwas weniger dicht könnte man beschreiben. Aber das verändert sich während des Kauens kaum und ist mir durchaus angenehm. Ich kaue ein Kaugummi zwischen etwa 15 und 30 Minuten und möchte als Fazit ziehen, dass Konsistenz und Geschmack in dieser Zeit stabil bleiben bzw. sich so verhalten, wie ich es von herkömmlichen Kaugummis auch kenne. Last but not least möchte ich kuz auf den Zuckergehalt eingehen: Wer davon Karies bekommt, hatte definitiv schon verher ein Problem damit. Esse ich abends auf dem Sofa eine Portion Chips oder einen Apfel, habe ich mehr Zucker komsumiert als über diese Kaugummis.

Großes + sind die natürlichen Bestandteile Noch größeres - ist der sehr schwache Geschmack(Ahorn), ein sehr kurzes bis gar kein Kauvergnügen. Der schwache Geschmack ist nach 5 Minuten ganz weg und der Kaugummi wird immer zäher beim Kauen. Von mir gibt es keine Kaufempfehlung, es sei den man nutzt ihn für eine kurze Mundhygiene nach dem Essen

Muy buen sabor, evidentemente no dura tanto como uno artificial, pero textura y sabor muy bien!!
