Q: Do these stay in place if running or exercising? Experience blisters caused by them when move ? deciding between these and felt kind for sesamoid pain

I also have sesamoid pain. These didn't work out for me. I prefer these:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07J1XNNL3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 I don't stick them to my feet, but to the insoles of my shoes. They relieve pressure by taking weight off the sesamoid area. So, for the left insole, I use the right foot pad (the opposite) so it sticks to the shoe. Good luck!

Q: I have very sweaty feet, will that be an issue with these?

Hard question to answer. You are placing them on your feet when they are dry then putting on your sock. The adhesive holds the pads in place. I have worn them in summer and winter, in sneakers and boots and have not had an issue with them moving out of place. It is important to wash them regularly with soap to refresh the sticking power of the adhesive. I have found them to be helpful and long lasting.

Q: How long does the stickiness last for these? Can you barefoot dance in them, or will they stop working on the floor due to picking up dust?

I really like these but don't think they would be good for barefoot dancing for several reasons. The part that touches the floor is smooth and might be slippery. Also the edges will get less sticky over time and might not stay flat on the bottom of your foot as you move.

Q: how thick is the pad?

Approximately 1/8-inch. It is filled with a silicon gel which cushions your foot. I found them very comfortable and they relieved the pain in my foot immediately by taking pressure off the sore part. Sometimes I put one on my foot or sometimes I put one in my shoe. See More
