The product did not work as advertised....not even close. The instructions were very unclear when compared to the steps required in the set up. A request for customer service received no response after repeated attempts. The advertised range is no where close to the actual range. Truly a very poor attempt to provide a product for what it is advertised. If there was a zero rating category for this product review, that would be my response.

Stopped working week after purchase. Completely dead and I am not replacing battery in brand new unit. Going to return as this is a good idea but poorly executed device.

Button is located where it gets pushed 50% of the time we pick up keys or put them in something....BAD DESIGN!!!!

Does not work unless you are 5 feet from keys. Doesn’t show you were your keys are on the map unless your at the same location. What the hell is the point of that.

Bought two. One won't work. The other wouldn't stop beeping. Amazon wouldn't accept the return of one item as it was 2 days outside of return window. What a rip oof.
