My cousin recommended this. She started using it after a scary HBP incident and was hospitalized. A friend recommended it to her. She's doing much better, so when Western Medicine wasn't working for my daughter and her BP actually skyrocketed taking HBP meds and frustrated, she quit taking them, I figured, "What do we have to lose?" The real question is, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO GAIN? Two days after taking only 2 single doses, not even the recommended amount, she looked at me and said, "I feel so much better! I have so much more energy and my BP is normal (or systolic...at the time diastolic was still a bit high)". So happy I did this for her! Now I'm fixing to quit mine as well and see if it works for me, too!

Sorry it tasted okay before taking this product my bp was 115 / 82 after taking it my bp was 128/88 and i am unsure why.... i stopped using this product and my bp returned to normal im not sure why this happened but like medicine everyone will react differently so try it and if it works good if not just take a break a while.

My blood pressure hit 150/98, which is high for someone who normally has lower blood pressure. After a 2 weeks of this, my heartbeat return to normal and my blood pressure returned to 105/60. After 2 months I did not need to take it regularly anymore.

I have augmented my blood pressure meds with Hypertensure for several years. It allows me to take significantly lower dosages of the prescription meds (thus avoiding the side effects) and keep my blood pressure well within the normal ranges. It has no harmful side effects (that I am aware of).
