The ingredients for this product are: Water (Aqua), Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, PPG-3 Benzyl Ether Myristate, Steareth-20, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Silk Amino Acids, Amodimethicone, Polyquaternium-47, Polyquaternium-37, PPG-1 Trideceth-6, Propylene Glycol, Dicaprylate/Dicaprate, Glycol Distearate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Citric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Benzoate, Fragrance (Parfum), Yellow 5 (CI 19140), Red 40 (CI 16035).

Q: Sulfate and paraben free?

Yes, free of both. I checked the ingredients list on the jar before responding here. And, I love this product. Before this I used "It's A 10" , which I would still recommend to anyone who asks, but this product is best for me. I use it after my shower while my hair is still wet, then again in the morning with a few drops of water on my fingers. A little goes a long way. My hair goes down my back 1/2 way down my shoulder blade.

Q: Is this product recommended for 3B curls?

I use it on my daughters curly hair, just brings a shine to it, and less frizz for her
