Fast healing for open wounds.
Works beyond expectation. I had burn blister about an inch wide, I removed the dead skin, clean up the area, applied neosporin, then clean up some more, then applied this product, put applied large band aid, then wrapped up the area, after three days the wound was dry, it looked like another skin, more transparent and very thin. I highly recommend ifyou are doing self first aid. It seem to dry up the area fast than if you just had regular dressing on it. I only had this product less than 3 days. Definitely keep in your first aid kit. It is the size of your index finger in volume.

THIS STUFF IS AWESOME
I feel sorry for people who cannot read or comprehend what 0.5oz is! The tube size is clearly described on the product listing. It’s super disappointing to see people leave one star for such a great product because they can’t read. This product worked extremely well on my laser tattoo removal! I really like it because it is NOT greasy. It goes on wet but its quickly absorbed and it does not leave your skin feeling sticky at all after it’s dried. I had laser tattoo removal on my eyebrows and across my upper back. While other greasy ointments out there do have their benefits in certain instances, this stuff worked perfectly for my situation and was EXACTLY what I needed. This stuff is well worth the money for how quickly it healed my laser wounds. I was so embarrassed walking around with red blistered brows. This product began working right away!! The day after the first application I saw results. It also made me feel so much better knowing that it was protecting me from infection at the same time as healing me. I will definitely be buying more to use going forward.

Very Healing
This is a great effective way to help any affected flesh in body folds. Make sure to properly clean and dry skin completely before using for best results. A little goes a long way, which is good because the tubes are on the smaller side. That's the only reason I didn't give this a five star review.

Works well
Healed a bad scrape down my leg in under 2 weeks. I tried to post a before and after pic of the wound but I guess my leg was too racy for Amazon reviews lol

Worthy buy
I've tried plenty of wound care products, but SILVEX Wound Gel has quickly become my go-to for minor cuts, burns, and scrapes. The nano-silver technology provides excellent antibacterial protection, helping to prevent infections while promoting faster healing. Unlike some gels that leave a greasy or sticky residue, this one absorbs well and provides instant relief without any mess. One of the things I love most about this gel is its versatility. It works great for cuts, burns, scrapes, and even bug bites, making it a reliable addition to any first aid kit. The compact 0.5 oz tube is perfect for keeping in my bag, car, or medicine cabinet for emergencies. Plus, it’s free from alcohol, fragrances, and other harsh chemicals, so it’s gentle even on sensitive skin.If I had to point out a downside, the tube is on the smaller side, so I wish there was a larger option available for home use. Also, the gel takes a little longer to absorb compared to some thinner formulas, but that’s a small trade-off for how effective it is.Overall, this is one of the best wound gels I’ve used, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a better alternative to traditional antibiotic ointments. It’s effective, soothing, and provides long-lasting protection—definitely worth keeping in every first aid kit!

Great for burns and open injuries
I ended up purchasing three tubes of this, after I got a nasty 2nd degree (maybe even 3rd degree) burn on the inside of my wrist. It was a hot oil burn from cooking, and I was in a lot of pain. After the standard ice, cold water, and aloe treatment, the next day I had big blisters, and still a lot of pain. I used this gel on my burn almost nonstop - even when it was open and raw. This didn't sting, had great cooling properties, and (so far) seems to have helped prevent some scarring. I also used it with a silicone bandage to keep it from drying and cracking - this gel helped with that too. There was no smell at all, was clear, and left no residues or stickiness when it dried. The gel was very effective for what I needed it to do. I do think it may be a bit pricey for the small tube, but it was so effective I was willing to deal with that. Thankfully/hopefully we don't have to deal with many more burns, but I'll plan to keep a tube of this on hand just in case. Definitely recommended.

Anecdotally nontoxic at least
I’ve used this on lots of mild injuries in the last six months since purchasing it. It has a clear, odorless, lubricant-like quality, decent packaging (though I’d prefer a finer applicator tip). More importantly, effectiveness is a hit or miss.I tried using this for angular cheilitis (chronically recurring cuts at the corners of the mouth) as this is what came up when I searched remedies. Unfortunately it doesn’t do much for that (depending on the cause, anti-fungal cream is usually better, along with Lysine ointment). Now for the weird bit… Last time I checked, the ingredients were pretty vague. However, due to the proximity of the angular cheilitis to my tongue, I’ve gotten a little in my mouth before, and it basically just tastes like aloe vera gel (but please don’t put this stuff in your mouth, it’s not for that!!!!!) — I’m still alive, so there’s that!Overall, if you really need an alternative to a more standard wound gel/cream, there shouldn’t be any harm in trying it to see whether it works for you. But for angular cheilitis, it’s likely just to dry it out further.
