My 6 year old is 48inches tall, will this bike be small for him? The max height is 48 but the video says it’s a big bike and now I’m confused

For our 16" models, we recommend a rider height of 38 to 48 inches tall.

The hand brake was snapped off of the bike upon arrival. Who do we contact to get this piece replaced?

Where can I get a replacement seat for this bike?

Hello! Original replacement parts and suitable substitutes can be purchased directly through our Consumer Care Center. We can be reached at 800-626-2811 Monday-Friday 7 am-6 pm CST. For faster service, please have your bike’s model number and date code handy. These can be found on a black and silver sticker on the frame above the pedal area. It says Pacific Cycle at the top.

What size box does this come shipped in? I need to put it on a plane (checked luggage) before giving it to my son!
