No support and pads in cups 2-3 sizes too small for the cup
Skip these if you are looking for any support or modesty. These are lore like those leisure bras they sell to lounge around the house in and offer little to no support. I am a 36D and ordered the large. These were NOT anything I could work out in. The pads in the bra were also WAY to small for the cup size and were the size that would be in an A cup, not a D cup and were not the correct size pad for the bras. Skip these and go with another vendor/manufacturer as this product cannot be used if you want any sort of support at all while working out.
