I was very skeptical to buy this. They make things look so easy in the ads. But this one is great and works exactly like you see in the commercials. It heats up really fast and it's so easy to use. I love making my hair wavy and it's so smooth and shiny! This was totally worth it!

Ever since having a baby, I couldn’t get a straightener to de-frizz my hair like it does when I have my hairstylist do it. I don’t have curly hair but the curl / frizz I have now isn’t smooth and isn’t curly. It is annoyingly in between which doesn’t look nice. So I started my quest for a high quality hair straightener. I found this one and I am so happy I did! It was as simple as taking it out of the box, turning it on, and straightening my hair. It comes with a manual, 2 hair clips, comb, glove, and even a bag to store it away once it cools. It went from 66 degrees to 446 degrees in less than 1 minute. For a Business Lady like me - time & style are essential so a product that quickly helped me with my hair is exactly what I need. So happy I finally got rid of my Frizz!

Am not impressed with this product. Commercial makes it look so easy... Doesn’t heat up and curl that great.

This product worked okay as a straightener, but not well enough to justify the expense. It might have been okay for twenty bucks, but not for what I paid. For me, it didn't work at all as a curler. I don't believe that the "real time" temperature gauge was at all accurate because it never registered a loss of heat during use. The hinge was squeaky and annoying. Although I know you shouldn't judge a product by its packaging, I think the fact that the box said that it contained a "prefessional" straightener should have been an indication that it might not have been the highest quality product. I returned it and received my refund quickly.

The box arrived a little banged up, but overall pretty nice. I will give an update once we use it a few times.

Bought it for my wife and she loves it! It does not pull hair but glides smoothly between the plates. It heats up very quick and she likes that it has pre-set temperature that you can turn the knob to set to and plates heats up quickly. Comes with dual voltage which is a big plus when traveling overseas.

There were instructions for straightening no instructions for curling. Was difficult to use, could only use a small strand of hair. Just not what I was expecting, videos make it look so easy, but it wasn't for me.

I have short hair and nothing ever has successfully straightened and curled under my hair. This bad boy does an amazing job. My hair is curly and this straightens it so fast and it is soft! My hair stays all day the way I want it.
