I purchased these earrings for my almost 3 yr old daughter in March. They are beautiful! I have been so happy with them because they have actually stayed on. But, this evening she complained about her ears hurting. When I took a look the backing had cut its way into her ear on both sides! The way the backing is shaped is with ridges/curves and I didn't realize how sharp they are! If you have these in your little ones ears I highly suggest you take a look to make sure they are not cutting into their ears.
