VERY NICE!
I bought my silk underwear decades ago....literally...at L.L. Bean when you could count on them for a quality product. I loved mine and wore them and wore them until I finally wore them out. I went back to L.L. Bean but the reviews were quite negative, saying the quality had deteriorated over the years and the product is now disappointing. Ditto for Land's End and REI. Wow! So, I bought a set from an unknown supplier here on Amazon for half the cost of the other companies' offerings and I must say, I'm pleasantly surprised. The quality is excellent and I plan to purchase a second pair. I was leery about Chinese sizing and feared they'd be too short in the arms and legs but they're okay. I'm 5'7 and 145# but I ordered an XL for that reason and they just fit without being tight. I'd have to say they "run small" by American standards. These would double nicely as sleepwear for those who like to travel light and I'm sure they'd wash by hand and air dry in a matter of hours.

wonderful silk long underwear
I am 5'6" 145lbs, ordered a large, which fit great at first..I should have washed them in cold water, they shrank a little after washing in warm. I think I shouldn't have put them in dryer also. They still fit but are tight. So advice to other buyers out there. I should have known because they are silk. Anyway, for cold weather they are great under your clothes or to sleep in. Super warm but thin, which is great! I recommend them, but buy a size bigger and wash in cold water! And don't put in dryer! Haa

Exceptional Comfort & Perfect Fit
These are perhaps my favorite purchase ever on Amazon! They are that comfortable. I purchased them for layering under clothes for a long winter flight to Asia. I ended up frequently wearing them as pajamas during two months of travel. I was concerned about sizing after reading some reviews yet ordered an XS in Flesh color (light peach-pink color) and they fit me perfectly! (my normal size range is 2 regular - 4 petite). They stretch out slightly with wear and after hand washing & air drying they resume their original fit. I like them so much I’m going to buy another set in a different color.

The best silk underwear available
Sooooo good. These are not the thin, flimsy versions that run and fall apart. The only thing to keep you warm below the slacks or really long skirt if you live up north. Would be great for outdoor activities. I use them as pajamas, too. Luxurious, soft, comfortable (and the partner likes them, too. Wink, wink.) Have now washed my set — on cold, gentle cycle, in a lingerie bag with a gentle liquid detergent, then dried on a rack. Good as new.UPDATE: used these all winter in Wisconsin (and it got cold early). Being older now, the extra layer of warmth kept the joints more comfortable in addition to being nice and warm. They washed well in the washing machine, in the lingerie bags, lukewarm temp, gentle cycle. I used small amts of liquid Era or Persil laundry detergent. Hung them up on a drying rack. All of the pieces still look great. Elastic remained strong. Material held up — no runs, holes or shredding. Seams held. This was a good purchase. Will likely purchase more for next year.

BEST of CURRENT BRANDS but NO SUBSTITUTE for THE NOW GONE “WINTER SILKS”
Comfortably lightweight. Warm. Best of 5 different cold weather underwear I’ve bought. Wish they came in different styles (V-neck, scoop neck, sleeveless, shirt-sleeved, 3/4 sleeves, knee-length pants, stirrup pants, etc.) and different thicknesses the way WinterSilks.com did before the WinterSilks was bought up by the junky Blair-Appleseed’s company that discontinued almost all the underwear styles plus hiked up theirprices and is hawking cheap, ugly clothes.

Works Very Well in My Weird Allergy World
These are a very comfortable top and bottoms set. They add a layer of warmth without bulk. I went with 100% mulberry silk for several reasons: 1. These are sewn with silk thread which is a blessing to my very sensitive skin that doesn't tolerate polyester/synthetic thread, 2. The overall lightweight knit, 3. Because of my allergy issues I'm very limited on what I can wear, 4. My "secret" alternative use as footless tights with dresses and boots may sound weird but turns out ti be quite practical, if unusual. 😉 Hope that's helpful to others.

Worth the investment
Can’t get out of these. Love them to sleep in and to layer under merino wool for my sensitive skin. Feels luxurious and breathes nicely. Bought a second set because I don’t ever want to be without a set.

Long underwear too short & snug
The fabric quality is good. The fit runs smaller than usual size large I usually buy. I am 5 feet 9 inches tall, so maybe they're are for short or medium height people.Snug in bust, & sleeves stop short about 3-4 inches above my wrist. The pants likewise are short , above my ankles and also short from waist to crotch. I will keep them, but won't order any items from them in future.
