It takes time.
No bad taste no bad side effects and you won't realize it's working until one day you noticed that your head is clear and your energy is up and you have been feeling motivated to do more. It was around the middle of the second week when I realized it was working! Definitely buying more!

Helps me not dwell on negative thoughts.
Update 8/27/2023:I unfortunately had to stop taking these about a week ago because I started to notice some kidney pain. The kidney pain has now stopped, but my self-critical and over-analyzing thoughts have returned as well, so Iām very sad I had to stop. I was only taking 1 pill a day before, but I do tend to be highly sensitive to all vitamins/medications. :(Initial Review, June 2023:I just want to start by saying that I have never been diagnosed by a medical professional, however I feel that I do have some mental health concerns, such as being very prone to overthinking and feeling anxiety about what is out of my control. These things have never prevented me from living my life, so Iāve just learned to deal with it.Anyway, I started taking one of these a day about 2 weeks ago with zero expectations and had noticed slightly more positive feelings throughout the day which I wasnāt sure was due to thisā¦until today. This afternoon I ended a meeting I was presenting during and I immediately had all the thoughts of: Did I say anything wrong? / Why was there silence after I said that? / Did I mess that up?In the midst of thinking these, I realized that I actually stopped having these over-analyzing thoughts during the past two weeks! And that this was the first morning I forgot to take this!I am actually astonished that this has helped me with not having these self-critical thoughts that have been around my whole life. Like they are just poofā¦gone. When I end a meeting, I donāt dwell anymore and I just feel good about it and confident that it went well. Itās such a small thing, but itās an amazing feeling for me.
