I order a XL and thought it was too small at first. After sucking in some air, stretching the material and figuring the inclosures then zip it up. It felt great. Good support all over. It moved withe me when I worked out and played basketball. I've used it 6 times, very very comfortable!I've tried several items like this (5 or 6) and this is the best one over-all. I'm going to order a large next as I have a trim down that from the XL. Oh, the sweat from it is good also. 5+ stars!!!

This vest is so cool because when wearing it,it controls the quantity of food you should eat and working out or doing exercises with ,makes you sweat and after you see a big change .I would recommend it

ONLY- I use it over a Tee Shirt- not touching the skin-Reason- I am using it for when I am doing Construction work or Yard Work,For extra support... I bought a medium- I am about a Medium build myself,A small would not fit- I can tell ya that... Nice Durable Product.

It fits super tight but that is how I wanted it :) feels like I'm super rigid and can't bend well but it is great because I have a bad back. It's like a weight belt. I am also wearing a waist shaper that helps you burn tummy fat and compresses the love handles and fat roll 😜 also extra back support. Being 100% honest for a fat kid I wish the arm holes in the pits were higher so it would cover side boob better.

I was very hesitant in ordering one from online without trying it but i must say i am very surprised. it fits well and works really good while im working out. i was afraid it would stretch out or tear but its still in good condition, i recommend getting one. it really helps with the workout and you cant tell you are wearing one under the shirt. Truly recommend this product.

This vest is comfortable and does cause you to sweat off the excess water.
