What a game changer! I bought these for my elderly little old man cat, who while he still goes to the box to poop, has taken a liking to peeing in the exact same spot about 5 feet from the box. I bought these because they were cost effective, and very inexpensive, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of these pads. They are thin and not so bulky, so they lay flat on the floor —and my cat is not alerted to the fact that he’s walking on something. They are super absorbent, and there’s no leak through. What a game changer —just fold it up and toss it away, and pop a new one down—a lifesaver for wood floors!An update: So, as I’m changing the paper towels I keep under the cats water bowl —because they always make a mess— I thought to myself, why don’t I just use one of these pee pee pads, brilliant! No leak through because of the plastic side… And I also started thinking of other uses for these wherever I make a small mess…for instance unclogging the U-joint under the sink – – of course you need a bucket as well for the water – – but put one of these under the bucket and it catches all the splashes. I also do some hand painting of items, and laying one of these on top of the table to catch the drips, etc. works fantastic, especially since there’s no bleed through—since the one side is plastic! So now my eyes have been opened, and I can see using these wherever there may be a small mess, and you don’t want leak-through…Who would’ve guessed these pads would be so useful for other applications… And just the right size—I have been using the regular size. Traps urine and no more big yellow spots visible like on the plain white pads. It’s more of an inconspicuous dark spot that seems to fade away and the padding does absorb the odor & liquid well. I’m actually using less pads (thus saving some $) The urine smell is less noticeable so the pad doesn’t need to be changed after a single “puddle”. After the puppies checked out the pads by chewing/tearing up the first 2, with some guidance, they’re figuring out what the pads are for. I have a pad in each corner of the room and 2 pads in their puppy pen. Clean up is easier using these pads because I don’t gag at the smell or have to pick up soggy, dripping pads anymore! I’d recommend them for sure. Well worth the money to get rid of the nasty odor & lessen the wet mess. Btw, according to a search online, the carbon is safe to use

I bought this to help me keep my chicken infirmary clean, and it works great. I have a chicken that got attacked and needed to recover in my house, so I lined the floor of my spare shower with two of these and put her in there with plenty of food and water. These pads do a great job at containing the mess not only from her poop, but also when she knocks over the water or decides to spread her food all over the floor so she can eat it more easily. I love these. Twice a day I simply fold over each side and then roll up the dirty ones and throw down some new ones. They're decent in terms of absorption and I've never once had anything soak through. I've also used them for cat and dog pee and they work great... they don't do anything to mask the odor, but that's fine in my opinion. The smell just let's me know I need to change them out, and that isn't something I'd want to delay since it's so quick and easy.

I bought these pads for puppy training, so far the pads work well and are absorbent. The pads are very easy to use when it comes to training my puppy, they are very thin but are liquid absorbing. Easy to clean and good value for the amount of pads.

Not completely leak proof if pup doesn't aim well, but they do help to protect the floor for the most part and give the pups a specific area to use. I appreciate having the large pack and can be generous on laying them down when needed. I have young and senior small pups that sometimes need the option of a pee pad.

These are great for a large dog. Mine is 52lbs. They work well and very seldom leak. I prefer these over the cheap ones at BJ's and other brands. Very worthwhile for the price! Will buy again

I still put down these puppy pads in case my baby has an accident or she just gets mad that I'm leaving her alone. They are absorbent and a great value. They are ready to use and a quick way to clean up the mess. Right now, we're on carpet, so they are non skid. I use 2 XL for my 8lb fur baby.

I have a senior dog 15. He is losing his bladder control. He doesn’t tell me when he needs to go.I put the pads in the bathroom.He uses several a day. There are times when he soaks the pads. The pads only absorb a small amount of pee. I have to use paper towels to absorb the remaining pee.I keep buying this because of the price.
