... gloves were delivered ahead of schedule and it looks like the gloves are well made
The gloves were delivered ahead of schedule and it looks like the gloves are well made, we just happened to get one with a malfunctioning zipper. The company was quick to respond. While waiting to hear back from them as to how they would correct the one glove zipper, I tried the glovesw our and they are very comfortable. My problem is that they heat the back of your hand and the back of your fingers. I bought these hoping they would keep the tips of my fingers warm. Even with Thinsulite gloves, if I am out in the cold for more than a few minutes, the tips of my finger hurt so bad I have to go inside.I should have asked how the gloves heat the fingers. The description says "thermal for fingers and hand back". Since I've never had heated gloves I just assumed that the fingers would at least provide heat to the finger tips. I was wrong.Very nice vendor, would buy from them again.Edit: I changed the rating from 4-star to 5. The vendor worked with us, I canceled the return and we are keeping the gloves. The gloves are very comfortable and they do heat as described. My wife will enjoy them.

These will definitely do the trick
I was hesitant to spend too much money on a pair of heated gloves, not really knowing how well they would work. It seems a lot of the less expensive heated gloves only heat in one area, and not around the fingers. Having arthritis in my hands is especially difficult when the weather gets cold. So, I took a chance on these gloves and I think they are perfect. The battery pack hides in the zipper on top of the wrist, and not too bulky. The heat seems to be most effective across the top of the wrist and tops of the fingers, which is very good, since the heat goes right to where most people experience pain from cold... in the joints. These are also very nice looking gloves and they are super comfortable. I'm glad I didn't have to spend well over $100 for some gloves I've seen. Some people have said these don't get warm enough, but I think it's warmth is enough. I can definitely feel it. They aren't exactly hot, but a constant flow of warmth is all you may actually need.

Good gloves for the money. They help keep your hands warm even on very cold days.
I would largely agree with the other reviewers. The gloves are handsome and comfortable, and they provide warmth on even very cold days. If they're plugged in to the batteries for 3-4 minutes before going outside, they get quite warm and will stay that way for a while. Eventually, after about 10-15 minutes outside, the warmth in the glove fingers settles down to just a bit of warmth mingled with a little coolness. It's not exactly cold but it's not super-warm either. It should be fine for most people. Overall, I'm happy with them. They seem to be a much better value than other heated gloves costing two or three times as much.

Nice conductivity for smartphone use; reasonably attractive; so-so heat but probably good enough for most folks
This doesn't provide a ton of heat, but it does a pretty good job of providing a little extra heat on top of the comfortable fleece interior. The batteries are rather bulky - they sit on top of the outside of the wrist. In addition, there are no heat settings - just on (plugged in) and off (not) but I am giving this four stars because the gloves are perfectly conductible for iPhone use without having to take off one's gloves.

Good gloves, but there was a problem
These gloves are comfortable, seem well made, and keep my hands warm. I took off one star because one glove had a defective battery when they arrived. The supplier replaced the battery, but I took off a second star because it arrived by slow boat from China - literally. It took nearly five weeks. The gloves only warm the back of the hands and fingers, but this seems adequate.Update - a second battery has died (intermittent connection) so I am down to one usable battery.. If I did not need this glove so badly (due to a medical condition) I would throw it away.Update 2 - my last battery has now become intermittent, leaving me no way to reliably warm my hand. I don't know whether to order new gloves, hoping to have those two batteries last a few months, or find some other way to warm my hand.

but after I tried them and saw how very nice they looked and felt
Bought two of these, by accident, but after I tried them and saw how very nice they looked and felt, decided to keep the other one too.. Perfect amount of heat comes thru to keep my and and fingers warm. Lately have poor circulation in my fingertips and really hurts when I co outside in freezing weather. These gloves are wonderful and look really nice. too. Cannot go wrong. Keep one all charged up at home while I am using the other pair of gloves. Well worth the price. Thank you.

Had high hopes
Gloves came looking exactly like the picture. Shipping was extremely fast. They heated up the backs of my hands and fingers like stated. However, I'm giving them 3 stars because they didn't heat up to the stated temperature (maybe mine we're defective?) and the material of the gloves left a bad odor on my hands. Had to return. I recommend them if mild warmth or an odor are acceptable to you.

Nice looking and very warm
They keep your hands toasty warm. Battery life is a little shorter than I would like and the battery itself is a little bulky bit I would totally get another pair till something better comes along
