Keto Diet Electrolyte Powder, Unflavored, Fasting-Focused Supplement Beverage Mix, 30 Easy-Open Packets

This is the 4th time I’ve purchased this electrolyte mix. I’ve tried many of the name brand mixes over the years and this one is not the best tasting but not bad either - it’s best to drink it cold I have found. This is the only electrolyte mix I have ever tried that actually makes me feel good. Does not give me a headache or a stomachache and does not make me pee like crazy. Please do not stop making this. It’s expensive but worth it.

I thought this would have tasted like sea water; but it is actually quite mild. Perhaps the baking soda in it makes the salt taste less harsh? Plus, for someone who suffers from acid reflux if I do not eat, this elevates that issue; so I can actually fast, and not drown in my own stomach acid. It says consume throughout the day, but I have just dissolved the one packet in a glass of water, and drunk it off, before my fast, and have had no problem with sustaining my fast for 72 hours. If I started feeling shaky or so nearing the 72 hour mark, I just mixed up another batch to sip until greediness took over and I broke the fast. I noticed I have been breaking my fast not because of feeling hunger, but rather because I just wanted something that I saw; or I was in some country and wanted to try something they had. But, I had deliberately fasted before traveling, and during the long flights in anticipation of trying the foods in whatever country I was traveling to. I think the Flight Attendants were worried that I had refused to eat or drink for over 12 hours flight; but I knew after my next 6-hr flight, jumping time zones, and a good night's sleep, after all the travel, plus, my determination to not consume anything until I found fresh coconut water and jelly the next day I could with a clear conscience enjoy my coconut water and coconut jelly at the side of the road that was cut open in front of me. It has been easy to travel with, internationally; because, the ingredients are listed on the individual packets. Funny story .. one TSA agent asked WTF? Snake Juice? He thought it was actual snake bio-material. We had a good laugh, and I was let back into the country, with my Snake Juice packets. Great product that is easy to use.

When you want a quality product minus all the gut harming fake sweeteners, look no further. I honestly found this product by searching the comment section of a popular social media group, I have no affiliation. I just wanted an amino recovery drink that wasn't full of sweeteners and only contained real quality ingredients. I am convinced I found that with this. Before finding this I struggled with sore muscles and long recovery times but now with this drink after a hard workout I wake up the next day without the aching muscles. I am such a fan of this product. It tastes similar to raw egg whites without the slimy texture and a lot lighter flavor that eggs. It isn't bad at all and if you want to feel good and treat your body right everything can't be sweet. Give it a try and mix it with a little flavored creatine if you must have the added flavoring, you'll never notice it then. Great product! 👍🏻

The packets are very convenient. I keep a few at work and use them in zero calorie drinks. Each pack will suffice for a 2-liter bottle, but it can easily sprinkled in a single drink as needed. I typically get about two days out of a pack. Stick a packet in your pocket and you're covered the whole day. I marked the Flavor as 3 stars, even though, realistically, it is not something you will consume for the flavor. It is a mixture of salts, after all. It is a bit expensive, so I dinged it a star in the value category. But if you're serious about Snake Juice fasting--and you'd really rather not gather the ingredients, mix it yourself, and carry around a whole thermos/bottle of the stuff--call the cost a convenience fee.

The most densely packed, one shot you'll ever need. Taste pretty bad if you dont add mio, but this isn't for kids wanting Prime or Gatorade, this is for fasting, hard cardio and body building.

The product has improved to where it is a much finer powder and mixes now more easily. Very nice.

I can fast for up to 96 hours drinking this stuff. My advice? Drink it lukewarm or hotter and sip it throughout the day.

I purchased this for the purpose of an electrolyte supplement while fasting. Tried one, did my research, and threw the rest out immediately. First off, the inventor of this product is not at all qualified to give nutritional advice. Look up his background. Secondly, you can easily mix this yourself at home — it's just 3 simple ingredients — so you're paying an arm and a leg for the convenience and marketing of this product. Finally, too much or little potassium and sodium can really screw with your blood pressure, heart rate, etc. I definitely noticed this while trying my first packet (I could feel my heart racing, and checked my blood pressure with a meter). If you are like me and you just want to keep yourself healthy while fasting for longer periods of time, I recommend trying bone broth as an electrolyte supplement. It's not expensive and it's natural, whole and complex instead of 3 concentrated chemical compounds. It also tastes better.

Très pratique, de petits sachets bien dosés idéal pour se sentir bien pendant le jeûne et ne pas se sentir fatigué ou avoir des migraines. Je recommande ! Attention tout de même la douane bloque systématiquement le produit en France et cela m'est arrivé à de nombreuses reprise de voir mon colis confisqué a la douane sans explication.

For a simple salt mix I am appalled that you’re supposed to use up to 3 doses a day. I thought it was 1 dose per day, but no. Meaning you can only effectively use this 30 pack for 10 days total fasting. You can literally buy all ingredients in this in bulk for 30% of the cost and fast for months. And to make matters worse the UK seller has sent the box in a thin black garbage type bag wrapped around the box through the CHEAPEST mail option yet asks an EXORBITANT shipping price??? Took forever to arrive & That black bag did nothing to protect the box the product came in. It arrived completely beat up, torn halfway through and ripped at the edges. Unbelievable. I’m absolutely disillusioned. Total money grab. Just look online how to make the mix yourself because this is NOT worth your money. It’s a scam and especially is the shipping you have to pay because they pocket that money clearly as they sent it through the cheapest regular mail option they could find with 0 protection to the box.

Highly recommended for anyone into fasting or following Cole. Helped me to loose 8kg in 3 weeks, and I'm keeping off the weight still as well as loosing a bit more every week. Found that drinking it in warm water makes it taste better
