The defining characteristic of all aftermarket light housings is the seal. It's likely that there's a lot of variation from their assembly, but the one I got had a little pool in it after a month, so my rating is low. I had siliconed around the lens before installation, but did find a little section I missed. It does not appear to be leaking around the bulb, but may be coming in through the 2 cheap vents. They are little mesh stickers stuck over holes in the back. I sealed everything this time and put it back in service. Mounting flange is flimsy, but housing is so light, it doesn't seem to be a problem.

Kind of "cheap looking" but it had held up well. Butt splices were not included but picked them up for less than $3 at the auto parts place. For the price, definitely a bargain!

Perfect fit 1999 GMC Sierra
The original lense fell off. This one looked the same quality as the original. Bulb was included. It's held on with two 10mm bolts. Would take about 5 mins to change out if you had the socket wrench in hand.
