I've had my UFFU bidet for a few years now and it still works great. However, the bumpers on the seat cover fall out. If I had known, I would have glued them in. But after losing them and not being able to replace, I got these 1/2 inch chair leg caps for $7.99 that slide on & work fine. They are a bit tight so it takes some doing getting them on. But they stay on and it looks fine now. Otherwise, a good bidet.

The bidet works fine, but the toilet seat has brownish yellow stains on it that looks like it was peed on. I have cleaned it and it won't wash off. I think it is scorch marks from the seat warmer. I know it is clean, but looks awful and it's embarrassing when company need to use the bathroom.I had another brand before this one and it never stained like this one. I had to replace because it quit working after several years of use.

We bought three of these for all bathrooms, but the silicon protector between the seat the cover seem to fall off easily. My kid didn’t know what it was and threw away. We have been using it without it for over a year but recently noticed that the cover now is causing damages on the seat. I am trying to contact the seller for replacement but isn’t available. Is there anyway I can get a replacement? These are decent bidets but it’s unfortunate there is no place to get any support.

I bought a Moen bidet seat from Costco and the literally the only difference is the remote. Everything else about the seat is the same. It's a great seat.The remote got dropped in the sink by the kids and stopped working but we're still abel to use it with the button on the side. We just can't adjust anything. I've sent a message to the seller and all but never heard back.

The media could not be loaded. I am so serious that I feel like I am seating in the business class in an international flight :) It is so fancy and very quality item. Installation is simple. It only takes around 10 minutes. it has many functions which very productive. first of all, it has the hot water warm seat and warm drying options. All fancy remote controlled. The night light is available. the water is coming very well but it is not too pressured. the nozzle part making back and forth motion so it cleans very well. it has many options for ladies back or front or for men. the nozzle has clean itself options as well. We do like it as a family from 7 years old to 40 years old from a female perspective to male perspective. I think everybody in the world has a bidet at home. it is so much easy and clean and healthy. I strongly recommend. it is expensive but it is worthed. If you have an anal fissure sickness it is the number one solution.

Why do you have "softness" on your list of things to rank? The seat "feels" like a normal seat, but with very nice warmth. We like the way it functions and we LOVE the remote control: its slim design and ease of use. Unfortunately, I've had to unplug the system to reset the remote control, several times.Installation instructions were a little hard to understand. We had a handyman do the installation and he said he had to set the top differently than instructed. He did a good job so that's all fine.Thanks for asking.

Easy for install. It takes me only 15 minutes to install it. Also, I like the nice appearance.I read so many reviews and worried about the remote control or the device stop working. But mines work well to me. The seller said it has safety protection that if you don't use your smart seat, it will auto sleep to save your electricity bill. You can restart the seat with the button at the side. I think that's the reason why so many people thought the remote cannot work properly and smart seats stop working.
